I have been here a few times and really love the options! I have only had a cold sub and love how the meat is cut right in front of you and all the veggies look fresh! Employees are always very nice! The only downfall is that this strip mall has a lot of popular stops(including Starbucks) and parking can be hard to find and during lunch it is very hard.

The people working here at lunch always seem friendly. I’ve only gotten the hot sandwiches and while they taste fine, the value proposition is a bit off. Not terrible, but my co-workers prefer JJ or Cousins.

This place is great. Staff always friendly and food always good. Chipotle turkey one of my favorites. No complaints from me!

I did not care for the attitudes of the employees of this establishment. It seemed they were more interested in each other than in serving the customers waiting for assistance. Though the food was good, it wasn’t worth the hassle.

Fast food chain, way to much bread not enough meat. Freindly staff, still prefer jimmy johns because they have whole wheat bread that tastes good.

People seemed nice enough. Service was fine but the sandwich doesn’t taste good. Jimmy Johns, Cousins and Subway are much better. As I write this, right after eating their #4 sandwich, I have a mild case of food poisoning!

I’ve been to this establishment twice, but both times have left me uncomfortable. The first time we went, there was only one customer in the building, but man behind the counter was arguing with him over the size of the sandwiches. This lasted long enough for us to feel alienated– at least five minutes. After he finally addressed us, asking«What would you like?» he turned around and started arguing with the other customer again, which was extremely rude. When I finally did get to order, he treated me like a child, and my boyfriend like his«bro.» I went again today, thinking that maybe the first time was a fluke, but it wasn’t. I left feeling very uncomfortable after the man behind the counter(a different one) kept calling me, a grown woman, «Sweetheart» after every time he addressed me. I’m sorry, but if you can tell that such language makes someone uncomfortable — and I know my face gave that away — lay off of it. Know your audience, think about your customers, and create an environment that is pleasant for them. This place does NOT know how to do that.

Service was slow… Quantity was average. Qualilty was nothing to jump up and down about!

Best Subs Ive had. The workers are super friendly and nice, everything is freshly cut, a worker even gave me and my friend cookies once since we’re becoming regulars because I can’t stop eating here!

Decided to check them out tonight. Ordered 2 Italians and a Turkey sub. I realize they are a new operation but it was quite confusing not knowing where or how to order. I swear every time they asked«mikes way?» It sounded like microwave… I was not the only one who misunderstood them. Oh and I sure hope you like vinegar because your sub will be loaded. For almost $ 8.00 a sub, you get a very small portion of meat and cheese compared to other sub shops in the area. Also, they guilt you into tipping when you pay with a credit card!!! I have never come across this at a fast food type food establishment. That really irritated me as they did NOT interact with the customers or show us any sort of organization of how or where you’re supposed to be ordering etc. I do not plan on coming back.

Honestly was the worst service I have had. The cashier and the women bagging the food had no idea what was going on and they were arguing in front of customers. They were rude to an elderly women who was in front of us and made her wait for her food when it was already up and still didn’t give it to her even when I received mine. The women and cashier didn’t even know how to change the paper. I know they are New but come on, it shouldn’t have been that bad. I will not be going there again since I’m outraged at how they treated the elderly women

JUST opened last week and I had two neighbors in Oak Creek raving. Knew I needed to stop in. Could not have been a better experience! To start, Jim Flanagan, the owner, was on his own as I walked in just as the store was opening for the day. The place was spotless(not that hard, I know, as it is a new store, but still) and I was immediately greeted with an excited, «Hey, how are you doing today?» It was not a canned expression. It really did appear Jim wanted to know. I put myself in Jim’s hands and asked for him to make me what he felt was one of the more popular subs. He made me a gigantic sub(they called if a «regular» size?) that was heaped with ingredients and extremely fresh meats. I mean, I watched him slice the meat right there! Keep in mind that the whole time Jim spoke to me like I was an old pal. Made my visit that much more enjoyable. The sub was great, the facility looked in order, and the customer service was as good as I’ve had it at a restaurant. Here’s to all the success you deserve, Jim. Thanks for the sub!
