My husband and I went for late dinner. I ordered two baconators and when I got home I seen we were given baconators single (not what I asked for). I called and the manager apologized and told me to come back in and she will fix the problem. I came in expecting to pay the difference which was not the case at all. The manager Wednesday gave us fresh fries, baconators and chocolate frostys. I felt amazed at the customer service ! I will definitely be sharing my amazing experience !

Poor customer service. Arrived at this particular Wendy’s at 10:45am. Door said they opened at 10am. No one to be seen. No food was made. Waited over five minutes before anyone came to greet me. Waited another five minutes before my order was taken.

This place has slipped into the mediocrity that is the norm for all fast food. Our last few orders have had various problems and last nights was the worst. Both my Chicken Sandwich and Fries were stone cold and the bread was hard as a rock. The Frosty was good, but I imagine it’s impossible to mess up a Frosty.

I’m never going here again. They have jacked up my order for the last time. Go through the drive thru? Jacked up. Go inside? Jack up my order. It’s not that hard to make a burger correct. If you don’t hear someone correctly? Ask.

To the best of my recollection, this would be my first fast food restaurant review. And how can a Wendy’s possibly rank, you ask? Well, it starts with a friendly greeting from the cashier lady, it progresses with a piping hot summer’s eve fresh sour cream and chive baked potato, and it ends with a neat and clean seating area.
That’s as much as you can ask of any fast food joint, and this place delivers.
It refreshes my belief that pride in one’s work trumps the nature of one’s work, every time. But enough of my five cent pontificating-check this place out. You’ll like it.

I usually get the #1 (cheeseburger combo) and it’s really good. A step up from a McDonald’s burger but one step down from a Burger King one. Their new «natural» cut sea salt fries I could without, though.
