SCAMMERS! THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO BUY SOMETHING (they are paid on commission) THEN YOU WILL FIND OUT YOU HAVE LATE FEES AND DUES FOR MONTHS OF TANNING YOU DIDN’T KNOW THAT YOU HAD! READ THE CONTRACT!
I informed the sales associate, Iran, that I was not interested in a membership, just a single tan. After my single tan, the associate held onto my credit card for 25+ minutes while attempting to sell me lotion and tanning packages. I told him I was not interested. After another 15 minutes, he convinced me to purchase a prorated ONE MONTH OF TANNING. The sales associate falsely communicated to me that I would only be responsible for just the prorated one month of tanning, which I had paid for at that time. However, my contract was to last several plus months, until the account was «cancelled in writing and in person.» I was unaware I was still a member of the tanning center after one month and did not use any of the tanning services. I recently learned that I owe money for several months of tanning that I was unaware that I had and late fees. BTW corporate supports this behavior.
Dear Sunsup Tanning Associates and Corporate, GET AN HONEST JOB LIKE THE REST OF US! STOP PREYING ON PEOPLE!

Go see Iran and Savanna at Suns Up Tanning! They are fun and full of energy! Iran is very knowledgable with their products and knows about skin care. I totally recommend seeing Iran when deciding on a tanning package. :)

I would love to know why the bad reviews of this place aren’t factored in… anyway, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I was told multiple time the bulbs at the West Linn salon WERE changed, but for some reason the gross hairs are STILL stuck under the glass. When I pointed that out the girl working there acted like I was insane. This is the same girl who I over heard calling me a bitch while I was lotioning up and getting in the tanning bed. The girls working here are rude and pushy, I took a friend to spray tan (who never had before and was quite white) and while I was tanning they talked her into a level 3 spray tan… needless to say she came out looking like a pumpkin. Today I was told they froze my account because of a lotion I had in my bag… did they tell me anything before hand or talk to me? No, just froze my account and told me to contact cooperate. This place is a joke! I wouldn’t even give it one star but I had to in order to rate it.

always clean and welcoming. Stop slinging the lotions so aggressively other than that. Very good
