It’s Taco Bell not a taqueria same as every other taco bell toilet trip in near future

My friend and I went to taco bell this evening and ordered a lunch box, the burrito was wrapped twice and we also ordered 3 Fritos burritos, we didn’t get Fritos burritos but Instead we got some kind of potato burrito thing and they didn’t taste as dank as the Fritos burritos at all.
*update*
I went in tonight on 11−12−15 and told them at the window about the order that got screwed up and they replaced the whole order for free without needing proof or a receipt after however long it’s been since I posted the original review no questions asked, friendly staff and great customer service.

Went here with my mother and we ate the bacon chalupa boxes, Some of the best tacos ive ever eaten in my life! The only place that makes a slightly better taco is Taco time and there is none in oak harbor. This place is by far the best place to eat in terms of fast food in oak harbor. Only reason i don’t give it five stars is because it wouldnt be fair to Taco Time who is slightly better. Excellent food, excellent service! Go there for a special occasion with a loved one and do them right!

Great service! Very quick and accurate. I inquired about their breakfast items to see what the recommendation was because the first time I tried the breakfast taco I wasn’t impressed. Not only did the manager take the time to explain each different breakfast item but my entire order was on-the-house. I explained that I didn’t say the breakfast taco was «eh» to try and get something free, I just wanted to get something I was going to enjoy eating. She said it was no problem and that she hopes we enjoy the food and thanks for coming back. Her smile and thoroughness made my day!

I stopped by for a quick bite to eat, I was going to go through the drive-thru but there was a good size line. Luckily there was no one inside, so I went inside. Service was fast and friendly but I noticed the floor seemed sticky. I tried the dorito taco and actually liked it.

So I cant believe Im writing a review of Taco Bell. But this Taco Bell deserves a review. This is the highest quality Taco Bell I think Ive ever ate at. The food is always very fresh, burritos rolled just right, meat not too greasy, order is always accurate. The staff are so happy for being in food service. I moved to Florida and couldnt even eat the Taco Bell down there, it was grade F quality. The Oak Harbor Taco Bell is bangin’! The Pizza Hut combos here are bangin’ too… seriously, 6 stars for this place. Taco Salad is so fresh youd think you ordered it from a sit down restaurant. Had ONE order discrepancy, and the manager (I think her name was Jay) was so awesome and on top of it. Good spot for fast food.

As far as fast food goes, this Taco Bell is the gold standard. I might be biased because my daughter has a crush on one of the young men who work here, but it’s always great to come in and have a big smile waiting for my little girl. They know her by name and always give her all the attention she craves. When I moved away for 6 months and then came back, they still remembered us and were genuinely happy and nice about our return!
In regards to the food: it’s really hard to mess up food at Taco Bell. They could basically slap any ingredients together and I’d eat it. So that being said, the ingredients are always fresh, I frequently see food handlers stop to wash their hands, and I’ve never had a slapdash or pathetic meal there.
Most importantly, though, they always put in enough chicken to make the quesadillas worth the money! Some Taco Bells will skimp on it, but these guys rule.

I think when reviewing a franchise the most important factor would be that it upholds the standards you expect from that franchise. This Taco Bell has never dissapointed me, it is what I expect from the franchise. That being said, I think fast food franchises run on a 1 to 3 star scale, I reserve 4 and 5 star ratings for sit down restaurants that I really like. Every once in awhile you’ve just got to have some Nachos Bellgrande!
