I have Barber and Ross windows, which are no longer made (bankrupt and closed) so I searched around a few places that gave me outrageous quotes to replace a rotted frame base due to a break in a caulk bead on the window frame. After manufacture, he expertly crated the windows, shipped them to me using his private shipping company, and they arrived in a couple days in pristine condition.
