I went to get dye my hair ombré and turned out nothing like it after $ 200. It looked like bad highlight job. Nothing like I wanted. After I called to get it fixed they told me that I had to pay extra to get it fixed. What??? Another $ 100. But why did I have to pay if they are the ones that messed up. I was told I had to pay cause to get to the color I wanted was a process and extra product. But my hair was nothing like what I wanted. It wasn’t even what I wanted but darker. I decided to pay the money to get it fixed just because I wanted fixed so badly. It turned out ok not good but better. Definitely not $ 300 worth. I have pics of before and afters, and pics of what I wanted it to look like. Very disappointed to say the least. I wish I wouldn’t have payed extra and demanded to speak to the owner.

Liz and the entire team here are extremely talented, but equally important, they are kind and delightfully courteous.
I sought hair haven here when my dear friend/​stylist who routinely tends to my complex locks was traveling for business. This salon staff not only corrected my color, but restored shine and manageability after *another* «high-​end» salon BRUTALLY botched my hair.
They put me on a path to improved hair health with fabulous treatments and product, tailored to my personal hair care needs.
These ladies know their hair care line and are *extremely* knowledgeable with everything from color and cut to styling and maintenance for optimal results. I am ever so grateful for them ALL, but especially Liz; remarkable skill melded with vivacious personality that soothes my stressed-​out, eMo hair drama. She’s a d*mn National treasure.

I decided to try this salon after buying a groupon for them. I made an appointment with Breanna and thought she was great! The salon was very relaxing and professional. Breanna did my hair just the way I like it and it smelt sooo good from the Aveda products. I will definitely be back.

I always enjoy going to this salon. I’ve had appointments with several stylists (cause I decide to get my hair done at the last minute) & have never been disappointed. Very relaxing, friendly environment and I love the Aveda tea! The natural product line is always a plus.

I went to Everything’s Relative for the first time for a haircut with highlights and lowlights. Staff was friendly, immediately offered me a beverage, and continued to check on me to make sure I was doing okay.
Krissy did a great job on my hair. She made sure to ask a lot of questions about what I wanted to make sure she got it right. She did a fantastic job on blending my layers so that I didn’t have a «shelf» of new layers.
One thing I found strange was that they do not allow you to leave a tip on your credit/​debit card. I did not know this ahead of time, and I never carry cash or my checkbook on me. They were gracious and pointed me to the nearest ATM. However it is 2015 and it would have been a lot more convenient if they had leaving the tip on the card as an option.

Elisa was very polite. I had a Brazilian wax, after I swore never to do that again, but she made me feel comfortable and I am pleased with the service.

Love it! Went for my 1^st wax. Elisa was very sensitive and sweet. Makes me feel like a friend. So glad I went.

I absolutely love this salon! Jessica is my favorite stylist and always gets the color and cut perfectly! I’ve had a few different stylists and they are all very well trained, Jessica just happens to be my favorite!

What a great salon — and love how they continuously keep up with the latest styles and trends. I feel like a different person after returning from getting the best haircut by Janet. She could not have done a better job with my hair — and I could not be happier. Will definitely be back!

This place is amazing. I went today & got my hair cut what a difference. I can’t wait to go back for another cut & I want them to color. The girls had amazing hair color!!! I def would recommend this place to my friends or my family

I have been to this salon a couple if times. Actually I hardly ever get my hair styled because I let it grow long & only get trims 2xs a year. This changed recently after I had chemo for 5 months. My son was getting married & I was completely panicked. My stylist Sandy styled my very short hair into something that was so cute & then told me that she has had cancer in her family & didn’t charge me. I was moved to tears with her generosity. Since then I have been back several times with my daughter also & hey, they just remodled!

At check out its very tacky and unprofessional for the receptionist to ask the hairdresser in front of you if this is for a special occasion. Its very obvious to the client that the receptionist wants to charge you more money for your style if It is. This place is too pricey and a ripoff. I wont be back.

I’ve gotten Brazilians and Facials here with Katherine, who is now at the new location, and I’m always satisfied!
This Aveda salon does an excellent job in making sure my sensitive skin is safe and handled gently. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable. Once you go, your standards will completely change.

Adorable little place. Very clean. Love the Aveda products they use. I always have Jessica cut my hair and she does a great job.

I’ve been here twice now for pedicures and have been happy with both experiences. I was greeted promptly and offered a beverage both times. The receptionist immediately let the technician know I had arrived as soon as I got there. Susan did a great job on my toes both times. It’s a nice opportunity for me to relax, catch up on my reading and walk away with pampered feet.

I had my eyebrows done by Katherine and my hair done by Joan. As usually I walked out with fantastic brows and a wonderful new haircut. It is always an enjoyable visit!

I have been a huge fan of Everything’s Relative for about 7 years. At that time, I found myself in need of a new stylist — PRONTO. After my original stylist left Everything’s Relative, I started working with Jessica. I have ALWAYS been delighted with her caring customer service and talent. The salon is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have had almost every service including waxing and manicures/​pedicures. They are very hospitable and always ask if I’d like a hot or cold beverage as soon as I sit down. Little extras that sold me include a head massage, hand massage and free makeup reapplication if I’m looking a little off. They are the best salon I have ever gone to and, since they are Aveda, I feel like I’m doing something good for myself and the environment!

I have only been a few times now so far for my hair. I usually just get something quick and easy like a trim or layers, but Emily has worked on my hair everytime. Shes really personable and I find it easy to talk to her about what I want. I have never once had a bad experience, and i will definitely be using her to get my hair done.
I also came here for a waxing appointment for the first time and Katherine was great! I have been having to grow in my eyebrows from a mistake another place did, but she cleaned them up perfectly and gave me tips of how to shade the areas while they are growing in. I will definitely be coming back!

I have only been here a couple times both times the services I had done were relatively easy stuff. First time I came here was after experimenting with homemade bangs (bad idea) so I just walked in here explained my situation and within minutes a young lady (I did not catch her name) was able to take care of me and fix my messed up bangs. Left the place very happy!
The second time I was here was for a hairdo for a wedding I stood up for over the summer. My hair stylist was Michelle, she was super nice, very quick, and gave me tips on how to keep my do up longer. I loved the way she did my hair! I am Considering going back for bangs. I was debating on giving it 4 or 5 stars, but I cannot think of a single complaint. (My sister and I both had our hair done here the same day, by a different stylist. She really liked her do as well)
This is not normally my go to place for haircuts or coloring, but the times I have been here for services I leave the place satisfied with the staff, and job they have done.
