Their pot roast sandwich was great, but could use a little more meat. Broccoli cheese soup was fantastic. The Kettle chips are good. I love the free all you can eat ice cream when dining in, it’s a really nice touch. It can get a little on the pricey side and if the sandwich had a little more filling it would be a 5 star rating. The quality of the food is 5 star. The counter service is usually pleasant and quick.

My first visit was good. I enjoyed the food and loved the free ice cream. I thought it was a simple and valuable concept, that won me over. I had my food to go, so I couldn’t comment on the customer service. My second visit solidified this place as exceptional. Again, the food was good, but on my second visit I had the pleasure of meeting Chinna who was very friendly and accommodating. Her friendly smiley, conversation and desire to ensure that my wife and I enjoyed our meal made my day. And they still had free ice cream!

It’s our first time coming here. We ordered the lobster soup, grilled cheese, caprese sandwich, baked potato, Cuban press sandwich, and French onion soup. We are on are way home to try all this food. I will check back in later. We will be back soon because there was so much on the menu that we want to try. The staff and the service was top notch. Anthony was there to give us excellent customer service. He was very patient with us while we navigated our way through the extensive menu. Even though we ordered so much food it only took 10 minutes to prepare it all. We are pretty satisfied with our experience with Jason’s deli so far.

This was my first time trying Jason’s Deli and wow! It was amazing! I had the California Club. Avocado makes everything so much better. Also it came with fresh cantaloupe and strawberries(amazing also). Everything was so fresh and tasted great. Customer service was great also! And to end it all you get free ice cream! I think I’ve found me a new spot.

Holy smokes I love, love, love, the service at this place. Obviously food is extremely important for a restaurant to function, I mean without good food, who is going to go there. However, having good service means you value my business and going out of your way to show you value my business is very impressive to me. The food: The California Club is amazing! It is a turkey club with creamy guacamole, swiss cheese, bacon, fresh greens all served on a flaky soft croissant. Then you get a choice of fresh fruit, steamed veggies, baked chips, or chips and salsa(so many choices!) I got the chips and salsa. Salsa was a little watery, but pretty good. The second time I went I got the Mediterranean wrap. Still very good, but the California club is my favorite! They provide you with genuinely healthy options not just food that LOOKS healthy. The service: So when I walked in I was a little lost. I wasn’t sure if this was like a Panera style restaurant or a subway style restaurant, and wasn’t sure where to go to order. So I’m wandering around like a deer in headlights trying to figure this out when the manager walks up to me and asks if I have ever been here before. I said no, a little sheepish because I obviously looked like a lost puppy, but he didn’t make me feel like an idiot or inconvenience at all! He handed me a menu and gave me tour of the place telling me about their salad bar and sandwiches. He then directed me to where I order. The whole time he seemed more than happy to talk about his restaurant and answer all of my questions. Talk about a company who cares about their customers! I wish I would have wrote down his name so I could give a shout out to him since he was so amazing! I think it was Alex, but I’m not sure. And the cherry on top was the girl who took my order. Talk about a sweetheart! She was very nice and gave me recommendations! She was not one of those people who stand around looking like they hate their job. If she hated her job you’d never know because she seemed like seeing you was the highlight of her day! Customer service like that is not something you experience at most places. The perks: FREEICECREAM! It is like they are rewarding you for coming to their restaurant! I’ve never heard of a restaurant doing that. To sum it up you have a restaurant that provides you with healthy options for a little more than McDonalds prices(a combo meal at McDonalds is like 6 or 7 dollars now), with greater variety than Subway, yummier than Panera(at least their sandwiches are), and they give you free ice cream! If you have not gone, you must check it out!

Clean with plenty of healthy and non healthy options. Family friendly and free soft serve ice cream. Salad bar is great so is turkey wrap. Haven’t had a bad thing here. Just wish there was one closer to my home.

Overpriced garbage place. I order a $ 7 turkey wrap which was bad turkey, old stale veggies in a crusty wrap. The french onion soup must of had 2,000 grams of sodium. Don’t even get me started on the«fresh» fruit. This terrific meal came out to $ 13. Enjoy.

Jason’s Deli has such delicious food! Love their sandwiches… and also sometimes I’m just looking for a yummy stuffed baked potato — this is the place :). I don’t think you can go wrong here, especially considering they have a free ice cream station if you have room left for dessert :)

Really great and fresh food. I love their plain Jane potato. The only downfall is the prices. Bought a sandwich and 2 of the potatoes for $ 30. Luckily the food is so much it will last more than one day. Price you have to pay to get good food I suppose.

Warning: when ordering the new Shrimp and Mango Salad don’t expect any actual shrimp in the salad. I got one piece between the two orders I placed and am now stuck with a bowl of quinoa and greens. Gross.

You come to expect damn near perfection at any Jason’s deli you walk into and this place didn’t disappoint. I was a bit concerned walking in on a cold, snowy, gray(late Sunday afternoon week after the SB). I mean, that should not be «A» game time for a business lunch dominant restaurant but the leadership in this Jason’s has all shifts hitting every cylinder. Service was fabulous and nothing seemed toned down because of a nasty Sunday afternoon. Reason 417 to always love Jason’s!!!

Love Jason’s Deli. My favorite here is the Smokey Jack Panini with ham instead of turkey with a Orange Mango Nantuket juice. My bestie and I come at least once a week and she’s probably there on the daily(the staff knows her order, salad bar w/avocado & hot tea). We usually come in at night when its not busy. We’ve come in during prime lunch time and after seeing the oakbrook location during lunch time, its not as packed but pretty busy regardless. Definitely recommend coming in a night though. Oh and the girl manager is so nice too, just thought I’d throw that in there.

Sometimes you just want a baked potato. A baked potato that’s filled with delicious things that nullify any benefit of, say, ordering a baked potato. A baked potato as big as a minivan. Enter Jason’s Deli. The baked potato is unreal. It’s delicious and ENORMOUS. My husband picked it up to go so I can’t speak of the free ice cream, but honestly… after eating not even half of that gigantic baked potato of heart-stopping goodness, I couldn’t have squeezed in any ice cream had I tried.(Well, maybe I could’ve tried just a taste… ;) The menu is extensive and honestly… there really does seem to be something for everyone. While I wasn’t blown away by the cost, it wasn’t as terrible as I expected it to be. Husband snagged a turkey-bacon-guacamole sandwich; it was a generous portion and he said he’d surely order it again. Last thought on the menu: vegan? Vegetarian? Gluten-free? The online menu spells it all out for you & .cow, is that awesome. Four stars. We’ll be seeing you, Jason. :)

I’ve seen this place popping up around Chicagoland. I have been wanting to try it for the last couple of years. Today I tried Jason’s Deli. I thought Jason’s Deli was overpriced. Buy Cuban panini was cold and it was about $ 10 with chips and a drink. I do not hate the place. It is clean. It looks nice. But I did not enjoy it enough to love it and/or make love to it. If I’m going to spend about $ 10 at a deli I’ll probably stick to Panera Bread. I will probably try it again someday and give it a second chance.

I love coming here the food is always good, plus there’s free ice cream!!! When they first opened I was obsessed with their chicken salad, it had pineapple in it! Unfortunately they changed it, still pineapple but now with nuts. It’s not as good. I’m going to have to find something new on their menu to obsess over!

Love this place. I’ve never had an issue here. Staff is always very warm, smiling, fun. In my opinion, the variety of food on the menu is plentiful to choose from. Personally I have tried only 2 different items on the menu and that is the Amy’s Turkey-O as well as the Zucchini Garden Pasta, I’ve stuck with either one for several years now. I’m good for filling out surveys for free stuff — either a cookie OR $ 2 off delivery. You are able to retrieve a phone number to take the survey off of your receipt, after completion, you are given a 4 digit code to take to the register to redeem. (The cookie works for me since I always come inside this place to eat!) The white chocolate macadamia cookies are so damned good & rich! Thanks guys! Great tastes!

I usually frequent the Loop Jason’s so I really was in the mood for a good salad bar. Although the salad bar was good, it lacked some of the other locations items. It did seem smaller then usual and I paid $ 10+ for salad and beverage. I guess I might as well fill up. This Jason’s was hidden and really nice and clean, but it certainly wasn’t as big as my previous location. I do enjoy the fact that they do provide fresh salad products every little while and are always replenishing the stock, that shows for a great experience. Although not everything can be good of course, I wasn’t impressed with the fact that many of the employees seem to not be very happy and go lucky. As far as being friendly to patrons, okay they are, but they seemed like they were all in a funk and as if the smiles were forced. Did they just get in trouble or something because it felt as if they were truly not happy. But again, if you want to experience a really goo salad than of course Jason’s hits it on all marks and that I can truly appreciate.

I normally avoid eating any type of sandwiches and avoid restaurants like this even more. This place actually changed my mind on both. I decided to stop in after a workout one day on a mission to find something quick and healthy. The entire staff was friendly and helped me along(I must of looked confused). I ended up going with the chicken salad wrap and fresh fruit off the lite menu– The nutritional info is listed on every choice in this section. The wrap wasn’t bad at all(for a low cal option) and the cantaloupe and strawberries were delicious! They have 3 different types of iced tea and the non-healthy items looked to die for! The salad bar looked worth a shot as well. I tried my best to get out of there without getting my free ice cream cone that comes with your purchase but I didn’t succeed. It looked so good I couldn’t pass it up and I’m glad I splurged. This may be my new lunch spot– Especially after a workout.
