They have ball Frixion® erasable pens, which are so difficult to find! The location is clean, well organized and they get you out the door quickly, once you make your selections. Cool move by the cashier who opened another register to accommodate the line of customers, she actually told the lady that tried to rush over, that I was the next customer. I’ve totally never seen that and BAM, in your face. Shouldn’t have tried line jumping anyway!

Have a new computer and wanted Staples to set up. I have the staples premier reward card and understand you get 2 free services a year according to reward chart. The team supervisor said I do not know the answer because there are no pamphlets in store. The Easy tech(soooo nice) looked up on– line and tried to show her but she was too busy with employees showing them the next promotion. Then she leaves with no answer. I told the nice Easy tech to get her back. It took awhile, she was doing something else. She still could not figure it out. I got no where and a waist of time. What is the point to have these cards and management does not know what they do. The team supervisor was Shelly with horrible customer service. No apologies. Just blow the customer off. July 6, 2014 early afternoon. Also, they were not that busy!

As a small business owner, I rely on a lot of help for service and marketing. Staples is my go-to for all my small business needs. The rewards program is very generous and the staff is always helpful. It’s a big-box store, but all the employees know me by name and that makes it feel like I’m getting the individual attention my business needs. Plus, everyone at the copy and print center always bends over backward to accommodate me. They treat everyone like their most important customer, regardless of how much you spend. I highly recommend all of their services.

Went in to buy a camera. Was told that it was the last one of the floor. Asked the BIGPR lady if we can test it out. She said that she can’t get it off the display. Did not demo the product. Told me to drive to another store on 87th& Dan Ryan. Asked the manager since it was the last camera on display if they can take a % off… The manager would not do it for an item that’s been on display?! What a way to win your customer over! NOTVERYHELPFUL customer support and salespeople! Don’t waste your time at this store!
