The family went here for Christmas dinner, had heard good things about the place.
Arrive around 6 and the place fairly busy. First we ordered appetizers. Brought them out and we had to ask for plates. They did not bring them out at the same time. Bruschetta tasted like it was on crackers. The poutine came out with an undercooked egg, sent back came back looking burnt.
The brought out the main courses, flavorless and overcooked some items, undercooked others. Asked for rainbow sherbet for kids, brought out grapefruit sherbet. Tasted bad.
The servers seemed confused, and lost and disappeared.
If you have to eat here, the asparagus tempura, flat iron steak, and mashed potatoes are good.
Maybe the drinks are good but we could seem to get them

Good food, great drinks! The bartenders remember you and make drink recos, or, even, concoct something special for you! It’s a great spot where the crowd varies due to the hotel guest frequenting the bar, but there are regulars, as well. Only downside is that they no longer do the karaōke!
