This location is the best in my area, doesn’t get as crowded as the others & service is fast & friendly. There are a couple of outdoor tables & newspaper boxes outside to relax & enjoy ice cream or a beverage while reading.

I’ve been here 4 times. They have never gotten an order right. I ordered green tea and she handed me regular. When I said «oh thats not what I ordered», the girl at the drive through took it back without saying anything. She then came back and said «we didn’t make any», to which I asked for a refund. The girl then goes «really? are you serious?». Yes, I am.

I love dunkin donuts but the service here was horrible! Getting upset at the customer for asking on a coupon just because you’ve never seen it or saying you don’t work/​live here than later saying you’ve worked here for 3 years so you would know if it worked or not is not the greatest impression. Way to lose a couple orders.

This is the quickest DD drive thru I have ever been to. They get you in and out and with the correct order. I love their coffee which is what I get 99% of the time.

I have been coming to this DD for years. Coffee in the morning. Ice tea in the afternoon. And weekend ice cream with the kids. Usually pretty fast. Always polite service. It’s basically your stereotypical DD-​BR. Lots of buy one get one deals for ice cream too which is nice for kids.

This has got to be one of the worst run dunkin donuts anywhere, they are constantly out of things, they serve stale donuts, and many of the staff are not well trained in customer service. there are other dunkin donuts in the area that are far better. they act as if you’re inconveniencing them by doing business with them.

What a genius idea. Nobody wants donuts in the afternoon, or ice cream in the morning, so they share space. There is even a drive-​through window, but I think that’s just for the donut side. The staff is helpful, but in general English is not their first language.
