Ghetto. One star is generous.

Horrible service never have what is advertised and just now received wrong order. On top on waiting 20 mins in the car drive thru. Never going back.

I went here and ordered my favorite meal: the $ 5 bowl mix. I have ordered it 10x over at other locations. This was my first time at this location. I ordered the same bowl and I received a bowl of mashed potatoes and gravy. There was barely any corn and chicken.
Its tough to give a negative rating to a fast food restaurant bc they pretty much just warm up packaged pre-​made food. So I’ll just say that I was really dissatisfied with my meal (including the stale broken up cookie that I received).

My sons and a friend from my son’s church wanted something to munch on with little time to spare till the «next thing» so we killed two birds with one stone — walked up the street from the church to KFC. The walk was nice — the time spent in KFC was not.
First it should be noted that I did not eat anything. My sons and our friend seemed to enjoy their selections, however, the store was not clean and seemed to be a «hang-​out» for the locals — on a Sunday, early afternoon. I felt like we were on display. The young lady that took everyone’s order was pleasant and got everything right, but the first impression of walking up to the store grabbing the door handle just had a «unclean» feel. The table that we sat at was sticky and the floor was «crumby». Other tables were not as clean as well. Why did we stay? It would have been better if we just walked to the park and sat at a bench.
I remember coming here years ago and being disappointment — they were not honoring a coupon they had put out. I left empty handed and experienced the same feeling this time.
I don’t need to return again — I got it. KFC you don’t want the business.

How can KFC run out of chicken??? I can’t believe the attitude of the person working drive-​thru!!! Here is a news flash KFC. I ordered at the menu board. You told me the dollar amount of my order and asked me to pull forward. Once I get to the window, I should not have been told that what I ordered was not available. AGAIN-​HOW DOES KFC RUN OUT OF CHICKEN! If the person would have told me that when I placed my order then perhaps this KFC would have gotten a better review!

Is it possible to give zero stars? This KFC very rarely has chicken… Isn’t that strange? I’ve given them several chances, but they are terrible at actually carrying the original recipe chicken. They make you wait ten minutes before even telling you… No chicken. A bunch of useless bums work here… Even KFC should have some type of hiring standards.
