Good upkeep of property, the building I was in had decent laundry facilities, and if there was ever a issue with plumbing or electrical, they’d have a guy out in a day or two. Had issues with some noisy neighbors and they worked with me until they ended up getting rid of them. I never had a landlord do that for me before. Would definitely do business with them again.

My experience was a surprise to me. I expected less customer care with a management company covering multiple properties, that was a false worry. Every request I made was granted. They changed the closet and fireplace because I asked. Anything that needed fixing was fixed. They allowed me to stay on an extra month after my lease ended because I was having a hard time finding the place. I expected to have to battle over my security deposit because often landlords feel entitled to a portion regardless of the circumstances. I cleaned the apartment all day and my entire deposit was returned to me. I really appreciated how accommodating they were along the way. I’d do business again with M & M Management and recommend them to anyone.

m&m property is another one of those ‘organizations’ that i would like to give 0 stars. this is what you can expect from m&m: 1. a maintenance man might be fixing something in your apartment(after several phone calls) and he might lock your cat in your bedroom until you get home after 9pm to let her out 2. your bathtub might leak for several months and after several phone calls, someone might fix it 3. your bathroom drain could break and you could make MANY phone calls, but no one will come and fix it until you resort to calling the village of oak park… then when the maintenance guy comes to make the repair, he goes on and on about how ‘easy’ that was… 4. your neighbors might dump grease down their drain, which is in effect, also your drain… so plan on plumbing problems 5. your water might be shut off intermittently over the course of two days(due to some mystery plumbing problem)…you will receive no warning, no explanation, not even a MEASLY sign… but there will be a smell in your lobby… a smell like nothing you have smelled before… dead bodies? rotting food? sewage? maybe all three. 6. when the plumber is trying to repair this plumbing problem, he will leave the door to the lobby standing open and your postal package, with the socks that you ordered online, will be stolen by some passerby taking advantage of an open building…(who steals socks?!) 7. when you approach m&m with your concerns about the plumbing and the stolen package… guess what!!! you don’t hear a damn thing…
