Every single time I ordered from this location, my order is always incorrect where it’s the wrong order or forget to bring items I have purchased. It just never fails. When I call to address the situation it’s like they don’t really show any sympathy. They also need more employees especially for delivery. I really wish the Melrose Park location was still open because this location is horrible since day 1 of opening.

Called, placed order, they couldn’t hear my boyfriend so they hung up (never called back even though he had given them the number starting the order). I called back (with a different phone) and the whole time I had to repeat myself (they definitely need a new phone). The person taking my order never told me when it was going to be ready and kept talking to people in the background. Pizzas were below average and not worth the trouble ordering.

Sometimes, they’re a restaurant and you can order food. Sometimes, they arbitrarily refuse all orders because they’re doing catering. Well, technically, they don’t «refuse» you… they just quote a 4 hour wait time at lunch. Even if they do deliver, whether the food is hot or the wait time has any correspondence with what they quoted you is completely up in the air.
Not at all the kind of consistency or predictability you’d expect from a corporate chain.
The only thing they’re guaranteed to deliver is frustration.

DO. NOT. ORDER. I’m a very forgiving person, so I gave this place a few tries even after regularly taking 2 hours to have a pizza deliered, but never again. Just had to drive to the store to cancel in person after waiting 3 hours for a pizza (with a two hour estimate online of course). My wife had been on the phone and disconnected four times after being on hold for 10 minutes each time. Their excuse: the same as every time. one person there and only one driver, who was new. The person working there was specifically ignoring the phone. Do yourself a favor: order from one of the many fantastic local Italian/​pizza options in the area (or the always speedy Dominos) who are happy to have your business.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Just ordered a dipping strips pizza. Over an hour late, ice cold, missing the sauces, couldn’t get another one because they didn’t have any more in stock, and management there was blaming a manger that worked early. This location needs new management. Pathetic. Harlem and Irving location is much much better. How are they hiring managers? Just no excuse. Ryan and Chloe were managing tonight.

Pizza Hut sent out mailers about a new location in Oak Park. I thought I would order a pizza and have it delivered. BIG MISTAKE. The pizza arrived late, cold and in a heap in the center of the box. I called Pizza Hut to resolve this problem and was told I could have a credit for my next order. I asked for a refund. No one in their right mind would order from here a second time. They were rude and hung up. I made a second call and was told they had to wait to talk to the driver when he returned and hung up again. After a reasonable wait I called Customer Service. They were apologetic and told me that I should expect a call in 1 – 3 days from this location to resolve the problem. This was weeks ago and I am still waiting. If you want pizza that is cold, lying in a pile in the box and delivered late this is the place.

I was so excited to see a Pizza Hut offering delivery in Oak Park. Sadly, I learned to ask their delivery timeline each time I call (the web ordering app is NEVER accurate) and it’s never been under 2 hours. Once, they told me the wait time would be 280 minutes! If your delivery time is regularly creeping over 4 hours for a food item that can be made in under 15 minutes, you might want to consider hiring another driver. I think it’s preposterous that Au Cheval would ask me to wait that long, I’m sure as heck not waiting four hours for sub-​average pizza. And this is not on snowy/​bad weather nights, either! Pick up is not much better. They’re never ready on time and let’s be honest: you do not want to see the unwashed, long-​haired (with no hairnet!) guys in charge of making your food. Its worse than seeing the sausage getting made.

Pizza took 2.5 hours to get delivered and after several calls the pizza was finally delivered cold.

It always takes about 15 – 20 minutes longer than they say. If they say 15 minutes you can garentee this is true.
