McDonald’s

I can’t believe I’m giving a McDonald’s location more than 2 stars. But this one is usually pretty clean. The wifi works. There’s a good variety of seating so you can be alone with your work if that’s what you’re there to do, or you can enjoy family seating.
But the food is still low grade McDonald’s food of dubious origin and with low nutritional value and poor freshness. Wendy’s is right across the street and beats McDonald’s by a good increment on food quality, yet for some reason we find ourselves at the golden arches.
I strictly only eat here under duress, when I have to be somewhere in like 15 minutes and have no time to eat anywhere else. But I did want to at least give them props for making a little more effort with the restaurant space itself. The food is still crap. The staff is often … less than engaged. The People of Wal-​mart have to eat somewhere, though, right?

Well, this marks the 3^rd time in a row now that my breakfast order has been wrong. A few months ago, they were doing a good job and the breakfast biscuits were good. Now, the breakfast items are bad and I get incorrect items every time. Very unhappy and no plans to get breakfast there again.

My son and I stopped in the last weekend for lunch after going to the movies. It was fairly busy but the staff is incompetent and do not pay attention to detail. My son order a #2 — 2 Cheeseburgers and a chocolate shake. Guess what we got one cheeseburger and I had to make a fuss about it and one of the employees made a snotty remark that I had to order the meal to get the second cheeseburger. I replied that is not what your menu board says. The manager on duty came over and got me a second cheeseburger. This was my first time at this establishment and may be a long while before or if I ever go back there even though I live right down the street. First impressions are lasting ones and I am not impressed and this lack of attention to detail is another reason McDonald employees should not be making 15.00 an hour.

Always clean and quiet! We rarely have to deal with a crazy line. Food is what you would excellent from McDonalds, so I am really just reviewing the location and friendly staff. Knocked one star because we have eaten here 4 times and they have yet to get my order right on the first try. The replacement food is always fast and fresh though.

I have never received an incorrect order at this McDonald’s. It is always fast at 7:30 in the mornings!

over the past 2 weeks have visited the drive thru 4 times and napkins were not provided with any of the orders — do you have to request these now?

This is one of the coolest McDonald’s I’ve seen. It has a nice open layout, very clean, and a nice variety of seating options.

OK business. Great location and very nice inside. I have been there numerous times over the past years. Usually clean inside and staff is polite. My complaint is that 4 out of 10 times you will not get what you order through the drivethrough. It is like a gamble to see what your going to get.

Maybe it’s because this McDonald’s is in Oak Ridge, but it just feels different. No screaming kids everywhere, extremely clean, and the staff is professional. Food is well, fast food, but they were quick to correct my soggy fries, and I’m all about the customer service. Try the pumpkin shake in the fall… it’s so yummy!
