Mountain Mikes Pizza

Stopped by here on a Saturday night after a long tiring day at Yosemite. One of my friends recommended this place since we’ve been craving for pizza all day! And, Oh boy! It was definitely worth a pit stop! There were four of us and we ordered the large all-​meat pizza, the cheesesticks and their wings. They messed up our order but it’s okay because they still let us have the wrong one and just gave us a new one! Love their pizza crust, it was different from others and it’s really crunchy! Idk how to explain, but it’s good! Their staffs were all very nice and friendly, and the service was quick.
Not bad for my first time! Will definitely visit their other locations next time!

Ordered a pizza on-​line last Friday night. How easy was that? Walked in to a busy as expected pizza place and the cheerful young lady told me it was a few minutes delayed due to all their orders. No problem. A few minutes later my piping hot pizza appeared! Yum!

What can I say… Awesome Pizza! and they deliver, they also have great indoor dining, and video games to keep kids happy.

I ordered delivery and it took an hour and twenty minutes to get to my house. I love three minutes away! When I called the store after waiting an hour I was assured that the pizza had just left 8 minutes prior. How is this acceptable?

Lunch buffet what’s good not great. Limited pizzas and other options like breadsticks and a salad bar. It could be better for the price you pay which is over $ 10 plus a drink. This would be my second option for lunch if you’re having a buffet but I prefer just ordered a big pizza and having leftovers the next day.

5 stars because of Honest customers (Gary) and staff, I left my phone outside on the café tables and it was returned by a customer to the staff. I offered a reward but it was not accepted. This is old fashioned But young people in Oakdale. Dogs okay in outside café.

My husband and I are new to Oakdale and we ordered a large pizza on a Friday night. The girl working said it will take about an hour to be delivered. Here we are 2 hours later and no pizza. We called and they said they were cutting it. 30 minutes later, no pizza. Finally we called again and they offered us 50% off our next pizza. Finally after talking to them for a while, they gave us a free pizza in our system next to our name. Sorry but we won’t be using them again.

Nasty ass chunky sauce this is the worst pizza there is IMO id rather eat the cardboard they call pizza over at lil Caesars

Pizza night, I really like Mountain Mikes pizza it’s my day off, I got my hair done and came home to Mountain Mikes pizza tonight and Salad, it’s Momma break night, and the pizza was very yummy …

Great customer service! I was in Oakdale few days ago, and decided to stop and get a large combination. I was greeted nicely. As always, food was great. Thank you!

It was about 80 degrees in the restaurant! I talked to one of the employees and she said that the corporation is in charge of changing the temperature. That’s BS! I asked her «who can I talk to about this, your about to get a customer complaint» she didn’t answer me and just kept wiping a table looking stupid. Very upsetting and horrible customer service. To bad their employees aren’t as good as their pizzas.

Went in about 40 minutes before closing and received some of the best customer service you could ask for. Ordered a large combination and it came out amazing and full of flavor! I will definitely be comming back.

Came here with my family, every thing was great, the service provided by Nicolette at the register was awesome. we will definitely come back here with my family again.

We really love to stop by this Mountain Mikes on the way back home. However on Friday night, 8÷29÷14, our experience wasn’t like it usually is. The girls running the counter were so rude! The salad bar was needing some attention and when we asked if there was more onions and such, the answer we got was «I don’t Know» What?!? How about… «let me go see what I can do» They lacked the usual customer service that we are used to here. The pizza was good, as usual, but when you have people running the counter that clearly would rather be somewhere else, it makes for a really bad experience. We will still stop here, but hopefully the management puts in a little extra time to train the people on the front counter on some awesome customer service skills.

We waited 40 minutes for a pizza; we ordered the regular crust but it seemed like it was the thin! We will never go to MMP again, it was my first and last time there!
$ 20+ just to eat 2 pieces and get in a fight with my boyfriend, because he didn’t want to make a scene/​fuss! Regarding the service and the pizza.

Best pizza in Oakdale. Pricier than most other pizzas, but quality is worth it.
Renovations inside keep the place modern and make a nice dine in experience.
They usually have sports on so if you like that, it’s here. If you don’t, it’s not loud so it’s easy to ignore.

We ordered 10 hot wings «Franks Hot Sauce» and a pizza. It was Monday night and the 48ers were on TV. They seemed understaffed and the food took forever. The wings came first. Three of us took one wing each. I immediately noticed that they were not crispy and there was hardly any Franks Wing Sauce. When I bit into the center of my drummette it was cold. The wings were not a hot temperature and not hot spicy. I brought the wings remaining wings ton the counter. The recooked the actual wings I took back and brought back 7 wings. Call me crazy but I ordered 10 wings and expected 10 correctly cooked wings. Shame on the cheapskate manager.
The pizza was good but it took a really long time to get it. There were two big screen TVs showing the game but one was about 4 seconds behind and not in high definition… another penny pinching strategy?

Lots of different varieties of pizza. Pizza was good, wings were good. A little dirty and out dated inside.

My second review losses a star, why you ask. If you look at my 2 pictures you will see why.
The difference between the 2 are so vast The first picture is loaded with veggies (fresh veggies) meat, the second is pretty close to what I can get anywhere else in any state for drop off so why pay extra? The service was also different they are lucky they didn’t loose another star because of it. I asked about parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes and felt like I was annoying the guys for asking it was in plain sight for regulars (with no to go cups) but for the rest of us visitors it was not easy to find, sorry for the bother for directions.
I don’t know what happened between the last time and now, but man oh man, they need to retrain and rethink fast because for me its 3 strikes you’re out…
I signed up online because we were so happy the last time we were so looking forward to the fresh and abundant toppings for months! As you can see from my pictures the guy that made our first ZA is no longer there. If he is he is not allowed to make the same ZA as before. Also the nice, friendly, cute girls from the last time are gone too. I missed my Pizza and experience from last time.
So my ZA experience is flawed this time around it losses a star because of it, it may have lost 2 stars but I with held it for higher hopes next time. I hope my new favorite ZA stop will fix all of this the next time we come around…

All is well with this biz and moi. Went back here before the Christmas hike. It was like night and day as far as service is concerned.
They offered a free large pizza of my choice and drinks. Pizza was awesome. Tried their garlic pizza this time and it rocks. Enough chicken meat and came as requested… thin and extra crispy.
The highlight of the day was the staff. She was amazing. Polite, customer service was perfect and she was fast! Love her! But I forgot to ask her name.:(
We will be back definitely!
