Had a large meat lovers with stuffed crust and since we signed up on the site for hut lovers we got a free bread sticks,
I don’t know why people are saying they have long ass waiting times, my online order says 15 mins and when I get there every time its done and sitting inside a heat bag not under a heat lamp.
The bags are better since the heat lamps dry out food

Second time ordering online, no screw ups! Had to wait about five minutes each time. Both times, there have been impatient men, who don’t want to wait a few minutes, so they cancel their order. that is already cooking. Way to go grown ups!
Have learned that whatever the online delivery time is, that is the time I leave my house to go get it. Couple of young guys running the place, doing a great job. They dont get upset with the impatient fellows. Very impressive.
Food is always great and hot!

Worst pizza place I’ve ever been to. The pizza is low quality and the customer service is not up to par. I waited 45 minutes for my pizza and was continuously told «just a few more minutes». I could have grocery shopped in the time it took to make my pizza. I would probably never use this particular establishment again and I’m very disappointed because I like Pizza Hut everywhere else. Just not here :)

Had a large piece of plant root or some kind of branch cooked on top the pizza. It was covered by a pile of spinach leaves that were added on after the pizza was cooked. Wtf!!!

Here’s the deal, for whatever reason we don’t have good food service in Oakdale, generally speaking. Save a few bucks, order the pizza for pick-​up and make sure you check it at the counter. The pizza is good, and you can’t beat their two pizza deals. Their online ordering is prob the best and easiest I’ve used.

Tried to order a pizza on delivery they wouldn’t come out because my account for my phone number was flagged for some reason they couldn’t tell me why!!! So I went down to get it and it tasted like crap way too much sauce and not enough pizza dough and cheese and the little bit of dough there was it was burnt

Disappointing. I was hoping Oakdale had one good pizza place. Wrong. Pizza Hut usually has pretty good pizza (for the money) but the Oakdale location SUCKS. We’ve tried it two times now (second time only because I figure everyone has a bad day) and both times we’ve been delivered cold pizza. Ridiculous. Never again. We need a good pizza place in Oakdale.

We ordered a pizza on line, apparently that style of pizza is no longer available; however, it is available to order on line. Instead of someone calling to let us know this variety is not available we had to call and ask about the order when it did no show. Then told it would be an additional 1 hour wait for a pizza. Screw you! I know you did not graduate from high school, but how much money are you going to make be not trying to fulfill orders! Stay away for the Oakdale branch! apparently Customer service is not what they are about!
