Sherri and Bekka (sp?) were absolutely amazing! I booked appointments for wedding hair & makeup for my Niece and Godson’s wedding this past Saturday, 5.21.16. They went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you from the 3 of us, Jakki, Celeste and Mille for such a phenomenal and beautiful job!

7 weeks is way to long. Had to come see Sherri and get my roots done. I was looking like a Skunk.

Loved this place! Will be a return customer!!! Adored Sherri, she did beautiful color and cut! Exactly what I was looking for. The salon felt like home, comfortable, like hanging out with friends!

I am a travel nurse and found this salon online. They were very welcoming and fun to be around. The lady that cut my hair was wonderful! Highly recommend this place for hair cuts!

I called the salon after getting a horrible hack job of a hair cut the day before. I spoke to Sherri on the phone she was so nice and once I told her the story of what had happened she said to come right in. I came into the salon with the worst chopping haircut and left with an absolutely beautiful cut and styled head of hair. Sherri really did a miracle and was my hair savior, the staff was very professional and personable, and the salon was so cute and clean. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend to anyone!

I decided to try this salon out because of the high number of positive Unilocal reviews compared to other salons in Oakdale. I’m very happy with my cut and highlights. Hilary did my hair and I would highly recommend her! Hilary is very detail oriented, really listens to what her client wants, and is fun to chat with… what more can you ask for in a hair dresser!

Sherri has cut and colored my hair several times, and I have always left satisfied. Everyone at the shop is very friendly and there’s usually lots of laughter going on :-) The prices are very reasonable, and the only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars, is the occasional difficulty in finding parking. I highly recommend Pinups.

I hired the makeup and hair team to do my wedding. Makeup turned out beautiful and gorgeous. Hair was amazing and perfect. Sherri went above and beyond even staying for pictures before the wedding, an extra 2 hours, helping out with little things and making sure my hair was perfect before I walked down the aisle. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Pinups in Oakdale is the Worst place to ever go get Your hair done! None of them was taught very well in Beauty College. When puting bleach on, You always ask a patron, If they are on any medication. They did not. They never made a card out to what they used on you and how long it took. Shelly did the work and my hair was not light enough (Still yellow, Orange) So a Beige toner would not cover it. She kept me turned away from the mirror, Which I thought was starnge. I would suggest find another shop, And don’t go here!!! I left there with My head burnt, sores, scabs days after… The place I thought was very unprofessional! I love tiping and i did, Only because I felt that Shelly was new and scared. She wasn’t very confident or Professional. Neither was the Owner! Or She wouldn’t have it any other way, But First class! That place is Not!

Sherri did a great up-​do for my daughters winter formal! She did exactly what my daughter wanted and did it really quickly too! It was easy to make an appointment and the atmosphere was casual and fun.
We will come back.

I’ve been on a hunt for 6 years for a great hair stylists! Thought I’d give them a try, had an appt with sherri. And to my amazement she actually cut my hair how I wanted it! There have also been times where I tell her to surprise me! And loved the haircut every time! The place is a girls getaway.

Love this salon. The atmosphere is fun but professional. Lauren does such a great job on my hair every time — love her!

Loooooove this place Sherri and her girls are amazing. And my daughter refuses to get her hair cut anywhere else. :)
