I was in staying in town for the Labor Day weekend, I didn’t know I was going to be going home owning a piece of land. I saw a sign on highway 41 outside of town and called the agent who turned out to be Don Mandy.
He came right over with maps and information and we walked the lot together. I wound up making an offer, Don called the owner and negotiated a price for me on the spot.
I was in escrow the next day and owned the land two weeks later.
