Yosemite Catering

Roman and his team might think we are food stalkers because basically, they fed us all weekend!!! Our daughter’s wedding was at the spectacular Paradise Springs. Yosemite Catering catered a Burger Bar for the rehearsal dinner on the Paradise Springs site and then the Wedding Reception buffet the next day. Food was exceptional. Staff was punctual, on task and very friendly and professional.
Connected with Crab Cakes restaurant, we had lunch there on Friday, rehearsal dinner Friday night catered, Saturday Reception dinner catered, Sunday lunch at restaurant and then discovered there was no where else in Oakhurst with dog friendly patio so had Sunday dinner there too! Hope you and the staff did not get tired of seeing us! Lol we did not get tired of exploring your menu! Fabulous!

We held a memorial for my mother yesterday in Oakhurst and Yosemite Catering did a fantastic job for us. The food and the staff were both wonderful and it really helped make what was a fairly modest event something special for all of our friends and family. And it was easy – phone and email from Sacramento and it was a done deal. Everything went as planned and the catering staff was so wonderful as well. I don’t think I could have organized anything better for my Mom and I thank them immensely for helping to make the whole afternoon a success. Highly recommended!

Yosemite catering did our event and I am so happy that I chose them. The professionalism, presentation, and food are exactly what I was hoping for. I’m used to dealing with businesses in the big city and having lots to choose from. There are limited choices in the Yosemite area so I was a little skeptical when hiring them, however they proved to be wonderful! I dealt with Joel and he is a gem! Thank you for making it special.

We used Yosemite catering for our recent wedding. I can’t say enough how fabulous they were in every aspect. We were actually a bit freaked out because a couple weeks before the event our catering manager told us she was leaving and we would be working with a new catering manager, Joel, but Joel did a great job of jumping in and making sure he know exactly what we expected and delivered on every aspect.
The food was great and the prices were really reasonable, especially considering there isn’t much choice in the Oakhurst area for caterers. The best part of the whole experience was the staff. They were amazingly attentive and knew exactly when to get out of the way at the event. The presentation was better than we expected and they really helped to make the night a success.
I didn’t work with Roman the owner much but on every occasion that I talked with him (when Joel wasn’t around) he really made sure that we were confident that the message would be passed on and on every occasion, through all the last minute changes and requests they came through with flying colors.
