I always loved the food here, but I just went and sat in an empty restaurant and no server ever came over. Other tables came in after us and we’re served while we were ignored so we walked out. Also your should clean the light fixtures on the walls, the dust and spiderwebs are disgusting

In the past 15 years this place has changed hands at least three times. I believe it was originally called the Manhattan steakhouse. I have enjoyed their pizza here for the last two years though I don’t buy much other food unless there is a coupon available through the mail. The bartenders are very friendly and so are the waitstaff. It seems like there is a big turnover of servers in the past two years. It appears that the summertime is slower than the fall winter and spring seasons. I can say this because I go past it every day to get to my house. There must not be much demand for craft beer though I do notice one or two spigots for those brews. I will return in the fall.

Went to Nino’s. Last night after having a good experience on Sunday. I orders a personal pizza with pepperoni olives and fresh tomatoes on the side. When it came out the tomatoes were cooked(yes I know this is common on the east coast), hence the reason I ordered the on the side and they got it right on Sunday. The bartender said I did not order on the side and argued with me telling me I was wrong and she was right. While the people I was with heard me tell her on the side. She did not offer to re make it and kept on saying I was wrong. I said fine it was not worth the battle. To make things worse they put the butt of the tomato as one of the slices. Cooked is one thing at least give me a full slice and leave the butt of the tomatoes for chunks in your salad. I will not be back… too bad the first time sold me. The second time made me write his and not want to come back. Nino’s next time make a new pizza. I know what it cost to make one. Its cheaper than losing a customer.

We’ve returned to give the place a second chance and I have to say they have improved greatly. I’ve had a few different pizzas and all were really tasty. Their beer selection is good and the wait staff is always super friendly and professional. We’ve been back several times.

Great food! Unfortunately we just had the worst waiter ever! My son ordered a kids cheese pizza and the waiter brought out a Margarita pizza and then tried to tell us that it was the cheese pizza and that it normally comes with tomatoes under the cheese with basil on top. He lied. We received the check and it said 1 Margarita pizza on it! We asked him about it and he continued to blame it on the computer system. He also walked by our table 4 times and ignored our empty glasses. Please train your employees better.

Pizza was delicious, great crust. The chicken parm has great flavor and the pasta was cooked perfectly. We tried this place because we had a $ 10 off coupon. The parm was a little cold when it came out and it came out fast. Service is friendly and efficient. The place is worth a try.

I thought the pizza was great and the crust was not too hard for that type of pizza. Service was great not too expensive and I will be back.

Went out to Ninos last night with my wife to try it out. We had been here when it was Tommys and enjoyed it. It was a quiet Monday night, only a few other booths had people in them. We were sat promptly and our served was there as the hostess left. Dave is amazing, I’ve seen him for a long time at Applebee’s in Eatontown, and he is still one of the most attentive, funny, kind waiters I’ve ever had. He brings the level of service up where he is. I ordered an individual tomato pie and my wife ordered an individual broccoli rabe and sausage. Both came out within 15 minutes and served piping hot. I didn’t even add red pepper or cheese, just doe right in. Great flavor on both pizzas. The crust isn’t thin, but it’s not thick either it’s appropriate and so you don’t lose to flavor of the toppings. $ 20 fed us both and left us feelings stuffed. A big tip to Dave for helping pass the time. I’d recommend it as one of the better local pizzerias.

I went here two times and I think two times too many. The pizza was very bland. We ordered a clam pie, arugula pie and a plain pie. All boring! Won’t be going back ever again.

My friends and I went on a Tuesday night and the restaurant was basically empty. We sat down, and then read the reviews. We were worried now. We looked for the duct taped booth, it must have been replaced. Phew! Our waiter, Dave, was at our table immediately, ready to offer drinks and specials. We didn’t order anything fancy, beers, apps and a pizza. Everything was delivered in a timely manner, hot and frankly, quite delicious. I’m not sure why the bad reviews, but our experience was good and we all agreed we would return. Ask for Dave as your server. He’s sociable, well versed and expedient.

Not sure why so many bad reviews, but I thought this place was solid. We got salads, wings, and calamari for appetizers and I thought they were all good. I will admit I got a buffalo personal pie and I thought it could have used more hot sauce, but it was still a decent pizza. We had a big party and the service was fast and the girls serving us were friendly. Would definitely go back again!

Gluten free pizza = completely INEDIBLE! So disappointed by this! The single star is for the incredibly fast service but who cares about the speed of the service is the product is awful! Current feeling: nauseous. If you are gluten free or have been diagnosed with celiac disease this place is a NOGO!

The pizza is good if you are looking for something different than your typical pizzeria pizza. The crust has the nearly same texture as Luigis in little silver but different flavor. Luigis in little silver is better though in my opinion. However, I have never had a bad meal FYI I have never sat down there only ordered for pick up. I cannot comment on the staff but judging by all these negative reviews about there service I am glad I call my order in.

Unfortunately, I don’t have anything very good to say about this place. I came here last Thursday with my family to an almost empty restaurant. Literally there was one other table. We sat down at a booth with duct taped seats, pretty disgusting. We placed an order a few minutes after arriving. We sat and waited and waited and waiting. Two tables that came in after we ordered received their food before ours came out. We simply asked our waitress when we could expect our food, that those two tables ordered after us but received their food. The waitress could not have been ruder to us; she did not care at all and acted like we were ruining her night for asking. Food was just OK, nothing to boast about but not the worst. However, the décor and the rude employees derailed the whole experience. Safe to say we will never be back here and I recommend everyone to avoid this place and check out some other great restaurants in the area.

Went here Saturday evening for the second time. The first time the food and service was great. This time the total opposite. Will not be returning. Our waitress was cold and rude. Walking away before we could even answer her questions. Duct tape on the both seats. Food was ok at best. The pizza was average. The caesar salad was awful. Coal fired wings were well seasoned but nothing to go back for. My daughter’s penne vodka was the best tasting thing we ordered. But I’ve had better. The main reason I won’t be back is no more than 10 minutes after finishing the food it all came right back out. Needless to say this was a total turn off and Nino’s will never again get any of my money.

First time at Ninos was very good. The bar area was very nice. Has entertainment on Fridays and comedy on Saturday. Entertainment was very good on our visit with acoustic guitar and singer. The bar tables have foot rests. Like that! Fresh calamari with great tomato sauce. Pizza is very creative. I had shrimp scampi pizza and the wife had grilled zucchini and Gorgonzola pizza. Pizza both had a little burn on them. Taste was very good. Service was normal. No issues. Enjoyed the atmosphere. Used groupon to visit and will return. Advise them to cook there pizza less time and need stronger knives to cut the pizza.

This place is very good to go as couple or a family. The food is so good that I eat their whenever I get the chance. A few of my friends and I went there for comedy night this past Saturday and had a great night of food, comedy and live jazz to finish the night. Thank you for bringing a really good restaurant to our backyard

I came here for lunch and had the pizza, salad and zeppeli. It was awesome. all of it! I thought the service was great, the pizza was just the way I like it. a bit on the saltier side and full of flavor. The salad with the dressing was also great. The zeppeli were fresh and awesome, but you can eat too much of it.
