Ordered a salad and a burger. Great food, great service, comprehensive menu, big glasses and love the trivia cards on the table!

Came here after back packing through Yosemite for a couple nights and rewarded myself with chicken fried steak and peach pie a la mode. Food was awesome, pie selection enormous, and waitstaff was the best I’ve had in a while. Stop here on your way out of Yosemite!

We stopped in to grab lunch our way to Yosemite. The service was very fast and friendly. I had the spicy chicken wrap with zucchini sticks, and my husband had Pop’s Burger with zucchini sticks. I liked my wrap and just felt the breeding on the sticks was a bit bland. My husband loved his burger and had the same feeling on the sticks. Overall a really fast, tasty and friendly place. I have no real complaints and would go back if we were in the area.

Great place for breakfast. We had omelettes and chicken fried chicken with gravy. It was really good and the portions were large. They warned me that the chicken was a little spicy but it was barely spicy. Nothing to be concerned about. The gravy is a perfect complement. The portions are large, esp the omelettes. Someone at our table had a pancake, too, and that was ok. A little dry but had a nice almond flavor. The apple juice came out in a frosty mug. Coffee was really good. Hash browns were very good too. Not too crunchy or undercooked. Service was good and food came out fairly quickly. If you get a window seat, the views are nice.

Good location for breakfast. 4 of us in our group, we ordered 3 omelets and Chicken fried chicken and a pancake. The portions are huge so come hungry. The omelets were all good, the hashbrowns done just right — — I don’t normally order hashbrowns because they tend to be either overcooked or mushy — — but I actually liked these. The Pancake was a bit disappointing, it was dry and not very fluffy, it did have a nice touch of almond in the batter though. Great service, clean front of the house, and food served up rather quickly. They call themselves, «the place where the locals eat», and there were several locals there. If you’re visiting the Yosemite area. This is a good place to stop and eat.

My fiancé and I go here for brunch often. Everyone is super sweet and welcoming when we go. Anna is especially warm and accommodating to my ridiculous requests with a smile.

Great service! This is a cute mom and pop location. My fiancé and I visit this restaurant often. The orange juice must be given a taste; it’s so good! The food always taste fresh and never is too greasy.

I read Unilocal reviews from the area and this seemed to be one of the best and closest to our accom. Good attentive service. I enjoyed my meal — mushroom jack chicken with veggies, fried zucchini sticks and a salad. The homemade tzaziki was great. My wife had the salmon and said it was decent. There could be some vibe background music but I definitely recommend a visit here. Satisfied!

Just do it! Good price/quality, friendly served. We’ve got the steak with union rings and garlic bread as a starter.

Dined at Pop’s on Mothers Day. Why not? Numerous specials as well as a large standard menu. I had Italian omelette By the way, Map app visual not exactly right. This is on main road next to Subway.

Very nice breakfast restaurant, guided here by Unilocal. My son had the western omelet, I had ham and cheese. The food was well prepared and very good. Views of the surrounding mountains were inviting. Service was prompt, friendly and very helpful. Would easily recommend this to fellow travelers.

Really really good place, mostly due to the exceptionally friendly and helpful wait staff. I had my go to breakfast(twice) corned beef hash and eggs. They didn’t screw it up, which as you know is my gauge for breakfast. We are here twice and left full with a smile on our face from the friendly service despite being very hungover on day two.

Pop’s is my new fave breakfast spot in Oakhurst! They worked with me for a post wedding brunch and gave us the whole patio, they also gave my new hubby and I our meals on the house! How very sweet! The food: we got biscuits and gravy and pancakes(carb loading post wedding ;)) and it was delish! The breakfast sandwich looked bomb and I heard lots of people in our party mmmm over their food. We will be back! Thanks Pops!

I’m definitely coming back. The chili is fabulous, slightly hot with nuances from many different varieties of chili pepper. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very professional.

We stayed at a hotel that had a Denny’s right out front. We planned on eating there so when we weren’t greeted for over 15 minutes & saw a line of other pissed off people waiting to be greeted, we decided to ditch Denny’s and head to Pop’s(found via Unilocal!). And what a great choice that was! We were sat right away. We had two servers: one that greeted us, sat us, & took care of the drink order & another that took our food order & brought it out. The first server was a lot more attentive & much sweeter. They don’t allow substituting here so watch out! We’re notorious for wanting to tweak orders, mainly due to food allergies. They don’t care about that — no substitutions, no exceptions. Food was good. Skip Denny’s & hit this place up!

Very standard American breakfast place. Nice décor, service and setting, and you can all but guess the menu, but otherwise nothing to make it stand out. As expected, very few vegan options, no milk alternatives. I settled for hash browns and toast. I didn’t spot a fruit option(probably missed it), but I had fruit in the car so not a big deal. I should find a travel container for almond my milk.

A trip to Pop’s is the perfect way to start a mountain vacation! A totally legit diner with everything a hungry adventurer would want. Even if you’re just stopping through Oakhurst with no intentions of doing any«mountain man» activities, I’d recommend. Located in the main strip of town, there’s plenty of parking in the early a.m. and no wait for a table. Everyone from the hostess to our server were especially nice. God help me, I love diner menus! They encompass all American food that I love, including eggs, bacon, hashed browns, pancakes, pie. Pop’s even has some Pilipino options, like linguiça! And since we’re in Northern California, Russian River wine and beer are also available. Total bill for two huge plates of food and OJ? Less than $ 25 including tip. So cheap! We left satisfied and ready to take on the day.
