So I go to this starbucks at least once a week. Today I went to the drive thru and placed my order, latte with 3 pumps of mocha, because it saves me a dollar instead of just buying a mocha. The girl that was working there rang me up for a mocha. I told her that’s not what I had ordered. And she said that I was cheating the system by doing that, even though I’ve never once had someone complain about it all the years I’ve been going to starbucks. Just have to say the girl Karen was not professional at. Was very disappointed in my visit. You shouldn’t argue with the customer when they place they’re order. Especially if they ask it for a certain way. Just all together a disappointing experience.

Ok I’m impressed. I wasn’t expecting perfect friendly service in a mountain town Starbucks but clearly they have a great training program and obvious care about their customer service. Thank you James for the excellent service. It is very much appreciated. Thank you Starbucks for a most delicious cup of coffee.

Hands down the only thing that you feel save to eat and drink. I don’t like small business because they never pass health inspection. I love Starbucks because I’m from New York and a health inspector. Plus everything around(all the other restaurants) this area looks dirty/filthy I’m under no condition to get sick during my trip to Yosemite park. I don’t like Starbucks coffee bc is too strong but I like their teas, cold beverages and pastries. I feel like we a lot of New Yorkers don’t come here because how weird these towns are. I love the national park but def off my bucket list and never again.

Maybe these people should turn their light off when they close. Stood around idling 5 minutes because all the lights were on. Pulled up to window. Apparently the employees have no idea what situational awareness is either. No idea that I was even there!!!

Don’t close 15 minutes early. It’s a Friday night and people have long drives home from events. Don’t rely on this Starbucks to be actually open until 11.

I think this may be the only Starbucks between North Fresno, and Yosemite National Park. If you want your mocha’s and you cup of coffee, make sure you don’t miss this stop before going into park, or before you leave Oakhurst going back to Fresno.

Unfortunately, this is somewhat the only game in town. Twice in the drive thru they have messed up our order. Once, we got a cup of hot water. Seriously, I am not kidding. Just hot water. No coffee. Yesterday, I asked for an iced coffee with an add shot, black. They guy even repeated back to me, «black.» I got to about El CId’s when I realized they had sweetened it. YUCK. I don’t know what’s up with this Starbucks, but it is not great. I want to support local business. Come on, Starubcks Oakhurst.

Employees are fine, but the coffee sucks. Go to Cool Bean Café next to Pizza Factory across from McDonalds. Owners are awesome and so is their coffee!

My hubby and I came to this Starbucks twice in the 2 days we stayed in Oakhurst and we were glad it was just down the street from our hotel. The two times we came here the cashiers and baristas were very friendly and helpful. Our drinks were made to our liking and everything came out quickly. I really appreciate the uniqueness of this Starbucks. There are huge pictures on the walls of Yosemite trees and the snowy mountain tops and they are all beautiful. I also appreciate that this Starbucks is very neat and clean and the staff seems to be on top of their game. I’m really digging this Starbucks and only wished the Starbucks were I live was run as well as this one. I highly recommend this Starbucks over any other coffee shop in the area and a good thing is that this location has a drive thru for those who want to get on the road a bit quicker. It’s a 2 thumbs way up for Starbucks in Oakhurst!!!

It was average as drinks go, but the WiFi connection was absolutely despicable. The fastest my Macbook clocked it at was 5KB/sec.

Skinny vanilla latte with two pumps of sugar free caramel and two pumps of sugar free vanilla! This drink was made by mistake an given to me a long time ago and it’s been a love affair ever since! Plus it’s low in calories, what girl doesn’t like that?

A stop to make for me before/after going to or leaving Yosemite NP or Bass Lake. Got to have my venti half black, half passion unsweetened tea. Nice staff and clean restrooms, perfect place to stretch my legs and arms.

People there are rude, they don’t have proper ethics, not knowledgeable on how to have a customer service, I hope the store manager knows abt this, there is no point calling Starbucks headquarters as they don’t do anything at all!!! Employees at the drive thru doesn’t pay attention in taking orders and once you get to the window they were chit chatting instead expediting the line.

Starbucks serves caffeine. This one has a drive thru! I expect warm, fun customer service from Starbucks every time. This one didn’t disappoint. I gave four fat stars because it’s beyond«A-Ok»! And four stars = «Yay! I’m a fan.» Which I am! This one’s conveniently located in Oakhurst, right off Hwy. 41, outside the South entrance into Yosemite.

I travel in California. Got to spend a day off in this little town while volunteering in a meditation center near by, in an even smaller town. The day I arrived they had a staff meeting here at night to decorate the coffee shop for Christmas. Thy let me stay and use the Wifi while all shifts employees are decorating around me. The next day when I came in the shift manager greeted and remembered me and offered a sample of the Christmas spiced coffee. We chatted over the coffee and she showed me around while we take apart and learn the Christmas patented cups and thermoses. I sat and worked and then asked for a cup of hot water to pour in my minute made soup I brought with me, she happily helped while suggesting a big ceramic mug rather then a paper one. and gave me a spoon too. Later the other shift manager came by and apologized that I had to bear the hectic decoration evening the day before and gave me a free voucher for any drink I choose ! I remained speechless. The feeling was so personal for a chain shop that I wondered whether they thought was a restaurant inspector /a Starbucks undercover mystery shopper :) Never expected to find such a family like group of corporate employees ad such a compassionate and warm service. Thank you for making my day off !

this place is horrible. if there was zero stars i would have chosen that. me and my family were just planning to get some drinks before heading to yosemite. the service was EXTREMELYRUDE. there was a family who walked in after us and they ALL got their drinks before us, and this is the first starbucks that i’ve been to that doesnt use the name order system(maybe because its a small town?) the worker just put the drink on the counter and didnt say anything. i was looking at it and wondered why nobody was picking it up. then(i could hear the hesitation in his voice) he said the name of the drink, he should have said that way earlier. they sure do have some loyal customers because this place SUCKSBEYONDBALLS. i realize that this review mainly is about their service, but i cannot ignore the fact they need to learn how to treat all their customers fairly.

This Starbucks was a daily stop on my Yosemite vacation. The convenience of the drive-thru and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff will have me singing this Starbucks’ praises from the mountain tops for a long time.
