Sehr gerne wieder.

We had a group of 6 people who went in to buy coffee individually. We are all very experienced Los Angeles coffee drinkers. Everyone one of us came out with a new story of how genuine and amazing the staff were. We had a group meeting and decided that that Cool Bean is literally one of the best coffee shops we had ever been to. The coffee was absolutely delicious, not to much acid, rich and tasty. One hundred.

My parents are big Dennys fans. Thank god we didn’t end up going there. Looked at some reviews and it led me to this place. Drinks were amazing. You can get it hot, cold or blended. We had the Mudslide, Snow Storm and the Milkway all blended. The food was great as well. Definitely the go-to spot when in Oakhurst

The husband and I are in Oakhurst for the weekend for a wedding and we needed some breakfast this morning. After some Unilocaling, we decided to go to Cool Bean Café! It was meant to be. My husband’s nickname during college was Cool Beans! Walked in and ordered an Americano, a Mexican mocha, a quiche, a chocolate muffin, and a ham and cheese panini. The Mexican mocha was AMAZING! Wonderfully flavored, but not too sweet. The chocolate muffin was another winner. The quiche was alright, but I think they heat it up in the microwave because the cheese on top had that microwaved texture. The panini was delicious. I had this artichoke spread that gave it a really interesting flavor. Overall, this place is super cute and we’ll be back for some coffee tomorrow!

Great coffee and nice people. What more can you ask for? Specialty coffees are not too sweet. Drip coffee available. Just go to this place!

Stopped for a special cup of coffee and wasn’t disappointed. This tiny place is best for a to-go cup of joe from a nice crew. The seating is very limited so stop, pick up and hit the road. Parking is easy in their lot.

The employees are so friendly here. The atmosphere is a little«hipster» inside, but they have nice/comfy outdoor patio. I really enjoy visiting this locally own coffee shop. Not to mention the coffee is delicious :)

Wonderful customer service and coffee! We stopped there for drip coffee to take with us to Yosemite. They had a medium roast and I prefer dark so they suggested a couple of blends for a pour over. Went with a Peru blend which was absolutely delicious! They even went the extra mile and steamed the cream for me. Would absolutely recommend for anyone passing through on way to Yosemite to stop.

I’m a Starbucks snob. This place is better. While I do tend to rate places independently and family owned higher(which cool bean is), this place deserves 5 stars simply based on awesomeness. We’ve tried several different concoctions now… The«snickers» is seriously like drinking a coffee snickers bar, the«gatsby» is a delicious chai, their mochas? Oh man. So good. You can’t go wrong here. The locals frequent it, so you’re safe here, tourists.

What a cool little place! Stopped by here on a trip to Yosemite to get some work done(definite plus for fast WiFi) — solid coffee and plenty of comfortable seating. The service & friendly vibe of the place is what really differentiates this place and gives it five stars — the barista forgot to heat up our quiche and checked back numerous times to make sure we were okay, and even offered us two free drinks for the next time we were in town! Super friendly and felt like you were grabbing coffee with friends. :)

Stopped into this little coffee shop to get a warm drink for the journey back home. My family and I were greeted by the lovely staff there. The girl that took our order was very friendly and super helpful. Our coffees were perfect! I will definitely return to this coffee shop whenever I’m in Oakhurst.

Forget the chain coffee(skcub-rats) and visit the local Cool Bean Coffee Shop to get MUCH better mixed drinks and rich, flavorful drip. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and eager to serve. Cool Bean’s atmosphere is woodsy and cool, and there is always a spot available when I need it. Fun for social, but I also go there for creative or business meetings. Leaving off one star because their Wi-Fi tends to be slow. Outdoor seating available.

We stopped in for breakfast and coffee and left super satisfied! Coffees were legit! Strong and choice of beans available! My pour over was fantastic and my wife’s Americano was strong and flavorful. The bagels were tasty and the staff were very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend this place for your coffee and breakfast needs!

This lil small town coffee shop is my go to place to get me thru my days at work. Every morning I call in my order and it’s ready for me when I get there. The staff is amazing & the owners rock. Friends don’t let friends drink burnt Starbucks coffee.

I had read the great reviews and wanted to check it out for myself! I was impressed from the beginning with their cozy shop and spacious outdoor seating. I was getting my coffee to go, and I appreciated their quick and friendly service. There wasn’t a long line like I normally find at Starbucks. The staff at the counter was extremely helpful and happy and made my custom latte absolutely perfectly. I went back two more mornings, and the last time, as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly hello and was asked if I wanted my usual order of «two medium lattes, one with just a little bit of chocolate.» Wow! Such excellent customer service. I only got one person’s name, Casey, but everyone who worked there was super friendly! They sell and serve organic coffee that is DELICIOUS! I highly recommend this place! I’m sorry I was in a hurry and totally forgot to leave a tip. I hope that this very positive review brings more customers to this AWESOME coffee shop. I will definitely go back again and next time I will bring my tip!

My best friend loves this place! Back in April when we were leaving Yosemite, the group of us in the car wanted some coffee, and one girl especially wanted Starbucks. But the best friend was adamant about stopping at this coffee shop. As we made a right into the parking lot to this place, turned out its closed on Sundays!(Thankfully we still got coffee, Starbucks is walking distance from here). But this time around, last week, we went through Oakhurst on a Saturday and they were most definitely open! My best friend got an iced pumpkin spiced latte, and I got a blended Snow Storm. It was delicious! Definitely love going to local coffee shops, and this one did not dissapoint!

Loved this place! The workers seemed to enjoy their job and customer service was A+! We had chicken sausage quiche on bagels. The meal was huge and delicious! Their pumpkin spice latte was far batter than Starbucks! The husband had a pour over and pronounced it to be «The Bomb.com»(obviously he’s not as cool as he thinks he is!) the atmosphere is casual and inviting with some doing school work and others I engaged in conversations

I always like trying the local coffee places rather than the big chains when I’m traveling. On my way out of Yosemite I was in desperate need of a good caffeine fix before hitting the road. Basically one shopping center over from the Starbucks is Cool Bean Café. I stumbled across this place when i was hitting up my favorite pizza joint, the Pizza Factory. So, the Cool Bean Café is quaint and tightly packed. Although the place is small there is just enough seating for the patrons both inside on out. The cool bean people were very friendly and were happy to be busy. The mocha latte I ordered was solid. It wasn’t bitter and it was a good mix of espresso and chocolate. It was a good drink for the 5 hour drive home to LA. So make a point and support a small local business when you’re rolling through Oakhust.

Loved this place! We were visiting the area from Arizona for a week in July. The Mayan Mocha was so good and they have some of the best cold brew I’ve ever had! We visited Cool Beans 5 times and had great customer service each time. We also tried the yogurt parfait, jalapeño cheese bagel and homemade granola bar, all were very good!

Such a sublime local coffee joint! It’s been awhile since we had a proper Japanese method iced pour over and they nail it here! Diverse beans to choose from for every palette and knowledge friendly staff without the SF barista attitude. What’s not to LOVE?! We will be back!

This is by far my favorite coffee shop of all time. I have been coming here for years and still make a special trip in when I’m back in town. The staff is always so friendly especially the owners. There isn’t a single bad choice on their menu. I highly recommend the Ratpack which is a blended chai that is probably the single most addictive drink on the planet. The other reviews are right, skip the big chain and support the local coffee shop, you won’t be disappointed!

Every town needs an amazing local coffee shop to hang out in and this is the one. The owners and their team are a bright spot in your day no matter what time you stop by. They go above and beyond to provide amazing customer service, tasty food and snacks and high quality, organic, free-trade coffee. The recently added benches lends to its already cozy appeal and if you’re in the mood for some fresh air, there is ample space to gather on the patio. Oakhurst is lucky to have this little coffee bean gem and I highly recommend stopping in & supporting this lovely shop.

I love coming to this place every time we visit Yosemite. They make the BEST coffee I’ve ever tasted. I am very familiar with quality coffee, and this place was no exception to that. I loved this welcoming coffee shop environment and the creative espresso drinks on the menu. Try the fresh baked kiesh! Delicious!!!

The people here are extremely friendly and take pride in their product. We stayed nearby for a two-day trip to Yosemite and the Snickers iced coffee was so delicious that we had to return the next day and try the equally delicious Carmilla blend. It tastes almost like a Milky Way or Mars bar, but not in your face, perfect with almond milk. Their coffee is bold, rich and smooth. Only a shade less expensive than Starbucks, but far better-tasting — plus it’s always better to support the indies. They remembered us the second time and we chatted about the views at Glacier Point — another recommended destination, by the way. Come out and support these guys if you’re serious about good coffee — you won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be returning when we come back to Yosemite.

It’s always nice to have a great latte at a small, local coffee shop instead of a chain. Brother and I were staying in Oakhurst while visiting Yosemite for a couple days and I needed some good coffee before the 10 hour trip back to AZ. The vanilla latte and blueberry muffin were AWESOME. The touch of vanilla was perfect, not overly sweet like some vanilla lattes can be. Muffin was fresh and flavorful. What puts the place over the top is the customer service. The cashier was very friendly and made an AZ girl feel welcome in the small coffee shop filled with locals. I grabbed my coffee and muffin to go but I would have loved to sit and enjoy the patio. Definitely a great place to grab a cup before the road or a trip to Yosemite!

A great, cozy hometown feel this place is! If you love coffee, this is a must stop if you’re passing through Oakhurst! The breakfast quiche on a bagel was yummy! That artichoke spread, everything! I got the Milkyway which I LOVED! Great mild favors and the temperature was perfect, just right! The husband loved the pour-overs which they serve in these cute little mason jar. To top it all off, customer service was great! If I am ever in these parts again, I will sure be back!

This little coffee shop was the perfect little pick-me-up we needed in the middle of an afternoon. We had just come from a full day of hiking in Yosemite and were both in desperate need of a good cup of coffee and a snack. It’s tucked into a small shopping center a bit off of 41, so you have to know what to look for. It’s located next to a pizza place, in case you need another marker. The owners of this shop have a good sense of coffee. They offer an array of kitschy beverages, but they do have a pour over bar. Pretty cool to see in a small town like Oakhurst. I ordered an iced coffee and a caprese sandwich. My wife had some tea. Everything was simple and good. Not much more to report. The shop seems like a trusty spot to work from or have a meeting. Its vibe is pretty dated, but I really dig it. Glad we had a chance to stop in.
