Subway has never been my favorite sandwich chain, but this branch seems even more disappointing then most. The store itself feels very hot inside. I’m sure all that heat is not good for the cold cuts that are sitting out, especially the tuna salad. The portions seem very skimpy and, for the second time, I was given bread that was dried out and it didn’t feel, or taste, fresh at all. When I got home, I had to transfer the sandwich contents to plain white bread and throw out the Subway bread. What was in a 6″ sub hardly even covered a regular slice of bread. I wouldn’t come back here again.

I used to go there on occasion, but after my last 2 visits having been given old dried out bread I decided to forget about going back anymore.

If you want fast and efficient you’ve come to the wrong place. First time here and I’ve never waited 40 minutes for a sandwich. This older gentlemen which I can only assume is the franchisee had a hard time taking orders and slowed down the whole assembly line. I get it you’re a business owner, it’s all about the bottom line, but seriously don’t give two strings of onions next time. there’s a sign on the soda machine that says cups for filter water are $ 0.25. I’m assuming you have to bring your own cups to get water around here.

Terrible! In addition to Subway and Nathans, they offer Bubble Tea. We ordered 2, and the worker took out 2 dirty cups from under the counter. The cups were clearly used, they had residue all along the sides and the tops had the plastic molded around the edges from a previous seal. After I noticed it and told the employee, he said«oh» and replaced ONE of them and when I told him about the other one he said, he will wash it for me. I don’t want a used cup from the garbage that you wash. WILLNEVERGOTHEREAGAIN, ANDHIGHLYDISCOURAGEEVERYONEFROMVISITINGTHISLOCATION.

I should have known better. This place is still terrible. The cashier gets«0» stars for asking all the patrons if they wanted a drink. What she failed to mention was the soda machine was not working properly. Some selections of the soda machine were marked«out of order» or not dispensing what you selected. I placed my cup under the Coke dispenser and received«Clear Coke!» I thought the Coca Cola company was launching a new«Eco caffeine free friendly version» of the beverage. Come on people, maintain your equipment! The place is still dirty, garbage everywhere. Do yourself a favor. Go to another subways, unless you don’t mind visiting the emergency room.

I’ve been to this Subway/Nathan’s a few times, and it was empty every time. The food here is like typical Subway or Nathan’s.

I really dislike this subway. They don’t give you full 8 meatballs or 8 slices of turkey for your footer. On a few occasions, they stack the slices sideways and spread them out and skip out on a couple slices of turkey/meatballs. In comparison to other Subways, they’re very stingy on the lettuce, tomato, etc. Also tried Nathans a couple times and the cheese just tastes old and again, stingy on the cheese. I’ve been here a few times to make sure that it wasn’t an off day but nope, it was very consistent.

Subway and Nathan’s in one. I’ll start with the negatives. Like the other people mentioned before, it is very hot inside, and the space is not properly used. For Subway, the food seems to come out quickly and the location is good. For the times I’ve been there, their opening and closing times seem accurate. Honestly, I would rate the Subway two stars because their food doesn’t seem that good. HOWEVER, Nathans is much better. I would rate Nathans four stars because the food is very cheap and good. The only bad thing about Nathans is that it takes some time to get your food because they make it fresh for you. Overall, I’ll give it three stars. You shouldn’t expect amazing things from Subway, and the prices from Nathans surprised me. Plus, I feel like the current rating is WAY too low. I did have one bad experience at Subway, but it was related to the Bubble Tea and not really Subway. There were like 4 people in line for Subway and I was there for Bubble Tea, but they didn’t come to me for a long time and went to customers who came in after me.(fyi, because it is joint, the subway workers also do the nathan’s and bubble tea).

dont even wanna give it a star. so disgusting with mad chinese workers yelling at each other all the time, why can’t subways hire proper english speaking workers? I haven’t encountered any workers that speaks fluent english so far. they all have accents and it gets so frustrating ordering with them– especially when THEY get mad that you don’t understand. I’m not racist, I have a lot of chinese friends, but isn’t it common sense to hire english speaking workers? I also agree with the previous post– they are extremely skimpy with the vegetables AND sauce. only one line of sauce? I bet they themselves don’t eat their sandwiches like that. Don’t plan on going there and will strongly advice others to do the same.

First of all, this subway does not have the sign with«open and close» that could be flip over! Secondly, people do not mop in the morning as the night shift people clean up every single thing at night! Third thing was Meatball amount could never be 4 pieces for the foot-long. That were just some stories that you made up! Nice and environment! I strongly suggest going there!

NOTE, old 1 star review begins here: One of the more«could act better» Subway establishments out of the ones I’ve been to. The Good: …It’s Subways and Nathan’s in one? The Bad: Sign says they open at 9AM. Found the door locked at 9:30AM and the person inside mopping ignored my knocking(gave me «dirty looks» as I persisted.) Said sign says they close at 9PM. Found door locked and the workers sitting inside talking to one another at 8PM. Though the sign says«Open». Aforementioned workers stood up and to my dismay flipped the sign to «Closed» as I continued to knock. EXTREMELY skimpy with anything unless you order it extra(for example I received today 4 meatballs on the Footlong Meatball marinara, a pitiful amount of lettuce and 2 triangle slices of cheese.) Will add or change as I remember more. Oh, and did I mention that they’re VERY sloppy when they create the sandwiches? My bag and sandwiches are now soggy from leaking ketchup/tomato sauce. NOT, I repeat, NOT ever going back for a while until the observations I personally made above NUMEROUS times on different occasions are improved or fixed. Don’t get me started on the non-existent«Nathan workers». NOTE, old 1 star review ends here. Edit: So I’ve come back here while I was on my way back from shopping(yes people, men still shop when they want to.) I was surprised to say the least. Service wasn’t bad(having attention paid), 8 meatballs on the foot long(double what I got before), and wasn’t charged extra for extra vegetables. I’ll up it by one star and update it as I go here again. I am however leaving my original review up in case a fallback is required.
