I called and ordered a Bold Fold with pepperoni. When it arrived it was overcooked and had 16 small pepperoni pieces. I called to speak with the manager and Rachel said she was the manager and I explained what I received and she said that was it, is anything else I can do for you. I replied No and she replied ok have a good night. They LOSTCUSTOMER !!!

I’m far from a pizza snob, but I spent my whole life eating NYC pizza and travel often to Chicago, so I’m very much a fan of the«real thing». I have to say, however, that for a chain this place is pretty good. I don’t really know what the hell«Detroit Style» pizza is, but i’m not really complaining. Delivery was quick and their website is laid out well and allows for easy online ordering. Surprisingly, their large garden salad was quite good and everything was very fresh. Their«Eight Corner» pizza is also a great pizza innovation — no middle slices! I’d definitely order from them again…

awesome pizza! Mother is super picky. On our last year family trip to Florida from Texas, they had Jet’s pizza delivered and she fell in love. Visited Miami this year and we made sure to make a stop at Jet’s Pizza. Would definitely go back! Staff was great; accommodating and patient.

I have been going to jets for several years, at this location and the old location prior to the move. And I must say this is the best pizza by far… I always get the 8 corner since they’ve been making it… Absolutely delicious… Also good when you reheat it the next day on the toaster over… Bottom still crunchy!!!

Would not go back here if it was free. I ordered the chicken parm pizza for pick-up. Asked for well done, was soggy and tasteless. Also the customer service is terrible. I waited at the register for a few minutes before anyone even acknowledge me. There are way better options in the area like Primanti’s or Flash Fire Pizza.

Ok, pizza here in FLL is absolutely disgusting. Everything is NY style with bland sauce. If you remember«In Living Color» and and«HAAATEDIT!», that is how we felt. So, we happen to have moved to a location within the delivery radius.(Previous and initial review made it seem that we moved for this pizza… The move was just a value added bonus) Anyways, to my actual review. I have spoken to Anthony to place my order twice now. Completely professional, not the«yeah» and«Uh-huhs» that everyone gives nowadays. Called 20 mins to closing, offering to come pick the pizza up but he assured me it wouldn’t be problematic whatsoever to make the delivery. Consistently delicious, hot, and what’s this? CRUST?! Not a paper thin excuse that tastes like cardboard? Yes, it is a chain. However, they have that extra oomph that rockets them past all of the other chains that have commercials. We love the entire experience from Jet’s. So, if you are on the verge of not ordering pizza ever again down here because it all tastes like a hot mess– do yourself a favor and order from here. Disclaimer: This is not a paid advertisement. However, post-review I would be glad to accept compensation in pizza. Just kidding!(Sort of LOL)

Best deep dish pizza! These guys got me back into deep dish pizza. I had totally become a thin crust pizza person and now I’m a big fan of their deep dish. Their crust flavors are really good too. Service is pretty good and the pizza is always outstanding! Definitely recommend this place!

I honestly don’t understand how people can say negative things about the pizza here. I think Greg N put it best when he said they just don’t know Michigan pizza(which is the best in my humble opinion)! Having moved to Florida from Detroit about two years ago, I’m always looking for ways to recapture the feeling I get when I go «home». Even though I live in Miami, I have now made the hour drive to Jet’s on three separate occasions in the last month. The pizza is so good and there isn’t anything like it here in Miami. Most of the time I call in and order ahead which seems to work out ok. My standard order is an eight corner pizza with extra cheese and Romano crust. The first two times I picked up pizza, I had to stand at the counter for a good 5 – 10 minutes before I was able to get someone’s attention to let them know I was there. Not a huge deal, but when driving an hour it’s a tad frustrating having to wait that long when you’re the only one in the restaurant. The last time, my guy and I ordered at the counter and had a conversation with the woman working about Michigan(she happened to be from the Detroit area also) and we were able to take our pizza home after about a 15 minute wait. Jet’s Pizza is great! It’s definitely nice having a little slice of Michigan here in South Florida. Now if only they could open a location in Miami :(

I think a lot of the negative reviews on here are from people who don’t know MICHIGANPIZZA! Being a Detroit transplant, finding MY type of pizza is very much a challenge. While I do love all types of pie, this is the closest to home, and reminds me of my youth. That is not to say that even without nostalgia, it’s pretty darn tasty! This location surprised me, because they actually had seating in the building. I am not used to this because I didn’t really think of Jets as a sit down place. When reading one review, their main gripe was that the experience was flawed due to service. I guess they should really just stick to a solid business model of take out, and delivery. Anyway, we showed up, not having ordered, and placed an order with the friendly counter staff. We typically go for the 8 corner, because for 2 people, it provided both dinner and breakfast, and is quite a value! I highly recommend a flavored crust, because it just enhances the already amazing«toasty» crust that is a result of the pans used in baking. This is very signature to the«Detroit» style pie, and makes my heart smile. We only waited about 15 minutes after we ordered, on a somewhat busy Tuesday evening. I thought this was pretty standard, and was happy with that wait time. Overall, this fills the void of finding quality«home»(My home!) style pizza in an otherwise sea of pizza copycats. Cheers!

Today was the 4th time I have ordered from Jets, My rating would be a 5 star, but it has been like a POTLUCK. The first time I ordered without a menu, just with a phone call, and to my surprise picked up 2 small burnt looking square deep dish pizzas, or should I say” absolutely delicious burnt looking pizzas” They were not what I was expecting, but very tasty. The second time I specified«ROUNDTURBOCRUST» Guess what I picked up? Square but still delicious. Manager offered to remake, but I took the wrong pizza anyway, I was pressed for time. The 3rd time I went In and waited, Got exactly what I wanted A «JETS10 «turbo crust, Perfect, perhaps the best pizza ever! Tonight I ordered delivery a JETS10 turbo crust, Received a JETS10, NO turbo crust!, but still delicious. Overall I really like this place. The toppings are plentiful and spread evenly, and everything tastes great, Although a bit pricey ex. tonight’s’ JETS10 medium the size of a dinner plate was over $ 18, plus tip equals $ 22 for 8 small slices with plenty of toppings. Be specific when ordering, and you wont be disappointed with taste or quality, but you might be for quantity and price. Delivery was an hour.

This place is close to my house so they deliver to me about once a week. Whenever I have a craving for pizza, which is quite often, I always get it here. They have a great selection of toppings including feta cheese(YUM!) and lots of others. They also offer the deep dish(square) pizza as well as the usual round hand-tossed style. They have a small area inside the store to eat and they even serve slices all day long. It’s a great way to grab a quick meal while you’re out and about. Another great item on their menu are the boneless wings. The sweet chili sauce they toss them in is simply AMAZING! Honestly, it’s probably my favorite thing on the menu including their pizzas. You’ve gotta try it!

They tell you upfront that delivery during the weekend can take an hour — they don’t lie — so I’m not giving them a lower rating for that — delivery was prompt — within the 60 minute time frame. I wanted to try them out because they have mixed reviews but I really want to pull away from ordering from chains when there are so many mom and pop places; and some of them stop delivery as early as 10:30 on Friday and Saturday(hey, I know we’re not Miami, but hello — we’re a pretty late night county too — what’s up with that?) but Jets does deliver later and from the looks of reviews it appears they’re easy to access if your a visiting guest in a hotel — that’s pretty good service — in fact, no demerits on service at all. So why the low rating? Ummmm… well, OK, IMHO the pizza is atrocious. The closest I can recommend it to is the pizza you got at the high school cafeteria. The tomato sauce is way overly sweet and has such an off putting unctuous flavor you figure they’d get more bang for their buck if they just slathered the crust with Ragu or something out of a can of Chef Boyardee. But then there is the crust — lifeless, tasteless cardboard — nothing spectacular, pretty under whelming. I don’t want to give Jets a one star, however, because again their service is fast and efficient, the people who take your order are quite polite and I’m sure there are many employees who depend on their jobs — but Jets — people — golly — it’s a pizza — how or why can you screw it up? Your flavorless tasteless pie just made me reconsider Totino’s and that’s pretty bad… just saying…

I’d heard about Jets for a while… and after a few drinks at Funky Buddha I finally experienced the magic that is Jets Pizza. As some of the reviews mention — takeout is the way to go here. This instance however we dined in. The guy that took care of us was super nice — offered recommendation and was all around great. However the rest of the staff was super loud — and when I went to get some sauces was totally ignored till one of the other customers was frustrated enough for me to get someones attention the old fashion way, «HEY! This guy needs something!» — haha it was pretty awkward. All good though — these guys were busy creating magical pizza. Got a large half and half — make sure you go for the rectangular pizzas — I almost got a normal round one, but the edges on the rectangular one are where the magic is. Oh, well that and the sauces. Get the sauces! I dipped my half(suasage) pizza into creamy ranch. Yummo! The crust is the best part — crispy, deliciously burnt cheese. The wife had mushrooms and I snuck a strip — yea, they aren’t slices, they are strips… once again perfect for dipping! GETTHESAUCE! Had some leftover — and well, it tastes even better the next day! Next time I’m at Funky I know what grub I’ll be brining to the table.

Jets is basically a pickup, take out or pizza delivery operation. I can’t comment on any of that, since I didn’t pick up, take out or have a pizza delivered. However I did go here to eat, so I can speak of my experiences dinning here and express my thoughts about their pizza. First off, the place is not actually located fronting East Oakland Park Boulevard. It only occupies the back end of a building and to access it you need to turn onto a side street. The building front itself is a vacant, up for lease defunct business, however, Jets is well marked by a road front sign. The dinning in experience here is in one word, awful. The clerks are way too busy with phone calls, checking receipts and making arrangements with delivery boys to bother giving much attention to those wanting a mere slice or two to eat on the premises. The interior décor of the seating area is rather industrial, because the windows are so high up, no window views, everything white tile, with the only similar such in general appearance I have ever encountered before being that of a county morgue. The only thing on tables are napkins, but there is a small shelf by the entry door with one single little grated cheese shaker and a small glass container with nothing in it, but I assume meant to contain a bags with a plastic forks and knifes, the same of which I had to ask for as it did not come with my two slice order of pizza. As for the pizza, I’d classify it as being Chicago, sort of pan like in style. Though the taste was good, it was mostly gooey dough, scattered lumps of sausage and one slice with four, the other with five(yes, counted them) slices of the thinnest pieces of pepperoni I’ve ever seen. Overall you might be just as far ahead cutting a cheap loaf of bread in half, lengthwise, pouring some tomato sauce on it, a slathering of mozzarella cheese, a crumple of sausage, some super less than paper thin pepperoni slices, toast it and you’d pretty much end up approximating the same thing. On the outside, sort of a walkway area, there are four tables with nothing on them and some chairs facing the parking lot for outside eating. So did I get attentive service? No. Did I enjoy the general décor or ambiance of the place? No and No. Did I like the pizza? No. Would I return here or place a delivery order from Jets? No way!

When Anthonys Coal Fired pizza is closed I turn to Jets! The delivery is extremely fast and the prices are amazing. I got a small half cheese half pepperoni and mushroom for just $ 10! I recommend getting the square style pizza. So gooood

This was my first time trying Jet’s Pizza and my feelings were definitely mixed. The Good: The Pizza. We ordered the deep dish Jets 10 and it was absolutely AMAZING. definitely one of the best deep dishes I’ve had and probably the best in Fort Lauderdale. The Bad: The service. I called in my order for take out thinking it would be quicker for me to pick it up rather than have it delivered. I called at 10:30 and was told 15 to 20 minutes. For the record, no one was rude as I’ve read in other reviews. Everyone was very nice. I arrived at 10:54 and paid for my pizza. I was told a few minutes. At 11:15 I finally got up and asked how much longer it would be. There was another woman sitting in the restaurant area with the exact situation(her husband kept having to come in from the car to see why it was taking so long). I finally got my Pizza at 11:20. Almost an hour after I ordered and about 30 minutes after I should have had it. Yes the food is amazing but you are only as good as the service you provide. I don’t mind waiting for my food, but if I would have been told 50 minutes, I would have shown up 50 minutes later. Id rather that than showing up and waiting. Will definitely order again, but will be sure to show up later than told.
