A Stitch’n Time

Love this place! The lady that runs the shop is very sweet. The have their own machine so if you need something cleaned same day they can get it done for you! Also, alterations have been great for the standard stuff like hems and jacket sleeves.

First time getting something dry cleaned, I brought a jacket here and paid up front. I come back the next week to pick up my jacket, and the cashier tells me to pay, again.
I am appalled that this employee not only forgot that I had paid, but she also forgot to stamp my ticket, to show that I had paid, resulting in me having to pay a second time. Seeing as how it was my first time dry cleaning, I did not know my ticket had to be stamped as a means of proof to show I paid.
Overall, I would not recommend this place. The cashier was rude, neglected to do her job and insisted that I was lying, and I believe she took advantage of my inexperience.

I went in On a Wednesday the lady at the counter guaranteed that my clothes would be ready the the start of business on Friday. I went at 7:30am which is when they say they are open, first she tried to give me someone else clothes with my same last name. Yikes that’s scary! Then when she finds my clothes in the way back and she tells me that they are not done! Huh?! Why not?! A different lady at the counter said I’d been misinformed by the lady that helped me on Wednesday and that I need to come back. Then she turned her back on me and walked off. Please do not waste your time.

Love this place. Always great service, happy to help, and does a great job. Had couple of suit tailored along with my pants and my army acu.
Will continue to come back.
More importantly, best price in town.

Brought a merino sweater that smelled a little bit like perfume to be dry cleaned. After supposed cleaning, still smells exactly the same. My guess is that it was pressed but not sent for cleaning. Thanks.

I’ve been going here since 1998 for both cleaning and basic sewing (buttons, attaching patches to uniforms, zipper replacement, etc.). Service is warm & friendly and the sewing prices are fair. The work has always been high quality, and it’s easy to ask about schedule when I need something in a hurry (or when it could take longer). Sometimes, she’ll do the work right when I walk into the store!
In one case, it was noted that the sewing had been much more challenging than anticipated (and I could see why – she’d had to hand sew a bunch of work that we thought was going to be done by machine). I offered to pay more than she’d quoted, but this offer was refused.
Though this is convenient to my work, there’s a handy white zone in front that’s good for dropping off and picking up if one is in a car. I’ve always left my flashers on and never had any problems with a ticket (famous last words…).

This is the second time I took my down comforter in to be cleaned, both times because of my dogs, and it always ends up perfect and is a reasonable price.

I am just rating their tailoring and alterations. I went after work and dropped of nice slacks to get the belt loops fixed. I picked them up 2 days later but was offered next day service. The sewing was very well done. The price was very fair and best of all a price list is posted. So I’m happy with this place. FYI, my receipt is spelled Stitch in Time if you’re map doesn’t find the place.

No on-​site cleaning but I’ve never had a problem with any dry cleaning or wash and fold services done here, as well as next-​day pick up. I’ve had simple alterations done here as well with no complaints.

Not impressed with the fact that they’re open on Saturday, but they don’t do any cleaning — it’s simply for pickup; they also don’t offer same-​day service, which for dry-​cleaners, seems a bit suspect.
