I had this work done several years ago. I remember Andre and how very helpful he was. He is professional and knows a lot about systems. I was very happy with his service and will call him again for things of this nature.

Hired AG Media Solutions about a month or so back. Its been on my mind that I’ve not posted a review and have felt convicted for not doing so since Andre and AG Media Solutions did such an professional, incredibly wonderful job installing interior and exterior cameras at my Oakland home.
Andre is a great listener who totally «got» what I wanted, asked pointed questions when needing any clarification and in the end assured me he totally understood my needs — which included not having any exposed wires that could be easily cut or cameras that could easily be tampered with. The end resulted in my ABSOLUTE TOTAL SATISFACTION!!! Andre’s workmanship definitely demonstrates skill, pride and passion for what he does. He cleaned up — even vacummed area where dust fell; Interior wiring was ran behind walls thereby concealing ALL wiring! I AM OVERJOYED and my lost faith is restored in Contractors simply because this 1 Contractor did what he said he would/​could do and did it amazingly well! All this — and a reasonable price as well?
Admittedly a bit skeptical at first because I had hired Fry’s Electronics (Concord) a year or so prior. Fry’s made a complete mess & obviously takes no pride in their install workmanship, and in my humble opionion has no business in the ‘security camera install business. They left tons of wiring exposed everywhere… and said it was as good as it could get. They promised concealment yet non… I will attempt to post pics of my Fry’s install debaucle — which Andre at AG Media Solutions re-​did and made all better.
I’m not normally one to post reviews (This is only my 2^nd ever), but I do read them. This company did such an amazing job and I am sooooo pleased with the quality of their work that I am compelled to inform the world without reservation (especially those in need of Security Cameras) of this honest, hardworking gentleman who does exceptional work.

Time flies since I first hired Andre and AG Media Solutions for home and office security cameras, surround sound, home theater, flatscreen TV at the office, and computer network wiring, wifi and equipment to make it all happen.
Sometimes, you have suck it up and upgrade equipment to stay in step with technology to keep your network fast and secure. Again, AG Media came to the rescue and helped me upgrade and reconfigure my ethernet and wifi networks at both home and business, all at a reasonable cost. Basically, access points, switches and one router were replaced and reconfigured. Download speeds are blazing fast now and connectivity is 100% reliable, including my security cameras, satellite TVs, alarm system, tablet, laptop and desktop PCs. Sounds complicated, but Andre makes it easy.

Andre and his crew are THE BEST, most efficient and cost-​effective way to secure your property in Oakland. I was quoted at about $ 2,500 but ADT for less service and more headache– AG Media Solutions provided more services (4 cameras versus 2!), faster and at a fraction of the cost. Andrew was able to help me within a few days and was very sympathetic to my security concerns. All the men on his crew were friendly, polite and respectful. They left no mess and my cameras are placed in strategic locations that fit with the aesthetic structure of my home. Everything they did was A+ from being prompt and courteous on the phone to the job they did and all communication afterwards. Once you are their client, you are always their client– they will help you out and answer questions even after the job is done. So go with these guys if you live in the Bay Area– I am so grateful I called them! I can see my house from a monitor in my home, my smart phone and the computer– they set everything up and trained me how to use it and answered all my questions. CALL TODAY!
