Attic proof did a wonderful job replacing the insulation in my crawl space. They are efficient and their price is very reasonable. Mateo and his team deserve a five star rating. I would recommend this company without reservation.

Mateo and his Team are awesome!
Our house had 30 years of animal waste, bones, nests, and 2 different kinds of insulation in the attic. The pervious owners left a big mess to deal with when we moved in. It was a horrible, smelly, discusting job. Mateo and his team did a wonderful clean-​up job and re-​insulated the attic. The price was fair and the men worked hard all day. I recieved many other quotes. What Mateo accomplished in 1 day, I was told it would take 2 or 3 days by other companies. They also rodent proofed the crawl space.

Mateo is great!
The stench of a dead rat lingering for days is something that I don’t wish on anyone. I believe Mateo understands this and making the appointment as soon as possible was with ease.
He made it very clear what needed to be done. His professionalism and service are outstanding.
His company takes care of his customer needs as many businesses in this category can only take care of certain issues. I am truly impressed with the results… No more stench and a fully functional air duct system!

Attic Proof is awesome! I have a rental property in Oakland that had a rat infestation. Lisa, the amazing telephone representative of Attic Proof, was so sweet and helpful. She gave me a very reasonable estimate on the phone so I did not have to disturb my tenants with an inspection and worked with my tenants to schedule an appointment that worked for them. Mateo and his crew worked extremely hard and did everything faster than originally estimated! Mateo was easy to communicate with, very responsible and extremely professional. I highly recommend Attic Proof to anyone who needs insulation or cleanup from a rat infestation.
