Bad Boys Bail Bonds

My cousin got into some trouble a few weeks ago and since he’s… well lets just say not great terms with his parents I was the first one to receive a call from him. I waited until his bond was posted then immediately searched online for a bail bonds company. I found Bad Boys Bail Bonds here on Unilocal and noticed they work in the Oakland area where my cousin was picked up. Perfect. I got an agent on the phone and explained to him that I’ve never bailed anyone out before. His tone struck me as if he was a concerned parent while also being very profession and very informative. He walked me through the process step by step and I must say it’s not as horrifying as I thought it would be. Of course my family eventually found out, but they were mostly very appreciative of the service Bad Boys provided us. Hopefully I won’t need to use a bail bonds company again, but it’s nice knowing that there is a trustworthy company out there.

Tee, at front desk was very helpful in locating my mechanic who’s real name i didnt know. Now i got to gather this money up so we can do business. Thanks for your friendly atmoshere.

No one wants to be here if they don’t have to be. Unfortunately the 7 of us had to come here and put our finances together to bail a friend out. The process was lengthy only because Stephanie had to ring up 3 separate credit cards and count 4 others cash and then write us all separate receipts. She was patient with us, explained the process and in the end our dear friend was released back into the community. She was kind enough to give us about 10 different colored lanyards, I mean we did just forked over $ 10k to her.
Gotta take off a star because she was suppose to call one of us as soon as bail was posted, never got the call and a couple of us had to blindly drive out to Santa Rita at 3 am only to find out he had already taken a $ 65 cab back to Oakland.
Lets hope that this is will be my first and last review on this place!

Well I had to bail out a friend and went Bad Boys in Oakland.
Weekday Afternoon — The manager, the office assistant and a new guy helped me out. Surprisingly enough they made the whole process quite painless. They were all very understanding, friendly and patient. It was quick and easy.
The pm staff: FIVE STARS OF FIVE STARS.

However the night staff was not so helpful. In fact the CUSTOMER SERVICE they offered WAS TERRIBLE. They were all very slow and unprofessional.
Example of this: We walked into the office around 2 AM. to get an update (on the bail status) we (3 of us) just stood in the lobby for about 10 – 15 minutes without any staff present in the office at all. It was pretty bizarre.
Finally a younger man came from somewhere in the back of the office and apologized. He explained that the office assistant fell asleep (she must have been in a very deep deep sleep — lol because we were calling out for help).
From here it only got WORSE. The younger gentlemen who helped us was simply put– RUDE, IMPATIENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Truth be told, had I not already paid for the process I would have taken my business elsewhere.
The night staff: 0 STARS OF FIVE STARS.

The next day I called and spoke with the manager who extended his apologies for the bad experience we received that night. He seemed genuinely apologetic and sincere.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR DAY USE.
HOWEVER, I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COST HAVING TO WORK WITH THE NIGHT CREW.
