I needed to bail someone out and I called Bail hotline and spoke with Carlos, he started my application over the phone and got me approved super fast and not only did he make me feel at ease, he kept me updated on what was going on and he was really honest with me. When I got to the office he already had the paper work all done and just needed my signature. He provided nothing but excellent customer service and was on top of things. i was helped in the most possible way any other could. i got to make it to work on time and keep my job wich im most happy about. im home again with my wife and friends. i can continue buisness just like was before. i would say anyone looking for help should call here. friendly and helpful. thanks alot for everything!

last week i arranged to bail out a friend, al helped me with all the paperwork and everything was cool but when they went to post the bond the bail amount went from 30 000 to 195 000. whether or not it would have made a difference if they would have met me at 9 oclock as planned rather than when they actually showed up at ten thirty i don’t know but never the less i had left to take my co signer home and was coming back to pick up my friend. when i called to say i was on my way to pick up the money that I’d paid in cash they told me i had to wait till Monday because the money was deposited and couldn’t be returned until after the weekend (this was Thursday night,) so then Monday i call and Carla tells me i have to go all the way to the office to fill out a refund request and then wait five to seven days for a check… this is bullshit. apparently someone spent my money and i gotta wait till payday. very unprofessional and shady, …
