Excellent! Attended the PHTLS initial certification. The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and kept the lecture entertaining and engaging for all. They did not just read the PowerPoint slide for slide. I would definitely recommend them to anyone EMT/​Paramedic or first responder that wants CEs or certifications.

I completed BLS, ACLS, and PALS all at Cascade. It’s a fairly new location, clean, great instruction, and amazing simulation mannequins. As a new RN, I was a bit anxious taking some new trainings, but Jocelyn did a great job to ensure I felt comfortable, answer any questions, and decrease my anxiety. She is also very knowledgeable, has great experience, and very accommodating. The center is right off BART, so you don’t have to worry about parking. I highly recommend Cascade and will return to complete my recertifications.

Recently finished my acls training here and the instructor was jocelyn. The instructor was really good and has in depth knowledge of her craft. Her tactics was conducive for learning and not judgmental in any way that really aids for you to understand the information being taught.

Instructor is very effective and efficient. The teaching method was simple but very informative. Non-​intimidating instructor and very patient in teaching. Highly recommended for those who will take an initial ACLS Certification.

Great ACLS Certification center. Excellent classrooms and new high tech teaching maniquins and simulation software for the megacodes. Jocelyn, our instructor is very knowledgeable and passionate about teaching ACLS. Being an experienced and still a part time paramedic, she was able to share a lot of tips and clinical vignettes from actual emergencies she has dealt with. I learned a lot from the lectures and the mega codes, specially with their high tech CPR manequin that is able to show you how you are doing with the rate, depth and chest recoil while doing compressions. I was able to greatly improve on my CPR technique. Highly recommended specialy for initial certification! We also played with intraoseous access which was another added bonus. will do my recert again here in 2 years :-)
