Throughout my life, I have suffered from periods of «pure obsessional”/morbid thoughts OCD and anxiety, and had gone through several psychiatrists and therapists who honestly were really not knowledgeable about my specific condition(OCD is much more varied in nature than just worrying about washing your hands). Due to a horrendously stressful and chaotic period of my life, I in a sense relapsed with my OCD after 6 years of being free from it last January. Suddenly I felt my world was falling apart and consequently endured probably the most challenging and scary six months of my life. After dealing with an obnoxious, money-grubbing psychiatrist that didn’t really help for the first 2 months of last winter, I stumbled upon CFCT around February and began seeing psychologist Janie Hong at the end of the month. Meeting once a week up until July, Janie helped change my life and get me through some really hard stuff. Not only that, she provided me with the tools on how to combat OCD/anxiety in ways I’d never learned about. So far CBT has been the helpful and positive development for my mental health, and without the help of Dr. Hong I don’t know where I’d be right now. I went from not wanting to leave my room to being desperate to want to life again. Janie Hong, if you are reading this, thank you so much for everything. You really in a way saved my life… and I will never forget all that you did for me.

Highly recommended by many sources as the place for Cognitive Behavioral therapy. This can help with things like anxiety, addictions and obsessive disorders that haven’t been helped by drugs. Also, many who try this route of therapy find that they don’t need drugs. If you have been recommended CBT, give these guys a call.
