My real estate office has been using Computer Technologies and Jimmy Wong for a very long time. He deals with a wide range of users who have different levels of comfortability with technology and handles it all well. He is responsive when we need him and available in our moments of crisis. :) He is adept at understanding our system and arriving at quick solutions. He is very good especially on PCs and has expanded his knowledge base to Macintosh users as well. (Broadening his reach even more!) Everyone needs a go-​to guy or gal!

In the last 15 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with many IT professionals. Jimmy Wong ranks with the best of them and excels in finding direct and to the point, affordable solutions for those companies or individuals on a budget — and who isn’t on a budget these days? He’s always responsive to calls, texts and emails. Jimmy cuts through the B.S. and will give you advice (if you ask for it) that will save you money now and in the future.

We have been a client of Computer Technologies (and Jimmy Wong’s) since 2005. He has been called in to trouble shoot internet, vpn, network server, and individual workstation issues.
He has helped transform our company’s IT equipment and infrastructure from a loose configuration of workstations into a functioning network where even the most timid of computer users can now vpn into their workstation to check in on outstanding issues.
He is also very quick to respond, even if it is to say that he is currently with another client. Also, using remote support client software, he can work on workstations/​server without the delay of having to come to your office.
