After searching all over for open house signs, I was excited to see that the OAR had them in stock. Many of the places I called didn’t have any at all to sell. I didn’t understand why real estate supplies were not easier to get a hold of.
I called OAR and Eugene answered. He was super helpful and gave me a GREAT deal for 4 signs.
But what really made it an even better experience was when I got there. I purchased the signs and one of the employees there helped me carry them to my car. WHAT service!!!

Oh yeah! Thank goodness for the OAR.
They are a well-​staffed office willing to sell CAR forms. SUPER helpful and realistic in this day and age.
Their location has a store of excellent home-​buying supplies, including all CAR forms, they will order if they are out, a ton of informational guides on real estate purchases, as well as several excellent books on the history of the area.
If you are selling your house or helping someone else sell theirs they have all the forms as well as guides and disclosures. They even have St. Joseph statutes to bury in the yard to help drum up a sale! (In this market, an excellent idea!!!)
