Words cannot describe how lucky we were to work with Dede Cunningham. We are first time buyers and Dede guided us through the whole process wth such care and professionalism. Dede was very responsive, detailed, patient and made us feel as though we were family. She kept us informed, educated us on the process, and continues to follow up with us.
Before finding our dream home in Alameda, Dede showed us dozens of homes all over the bay area over the course of a year. There was never any pressure to go over our budget or to make offers on home that weren’t right for us. When the time came to draft up an offer, she patiently reviewed documents and contracts with us line by line. She gave 110% and we can’t thank her enough.

Dede helped my husband and I get our first home on our first try. She was super patient, kind, and informative. She offered her opinions on how to increase the chances of getting the house but didn’t get pushy when we wanted to do something else.
