Must say I was pretty impressed. Genuinely high quality seafood, genuinely expert preparation. Didn’t really expect it to be as good as it was. Oh — the bar is on the mark too… great cocktails using truly craft quality stuff. Service was not super attentive (server was great, just a matter of customer /​staff ratio). I don’t begrudge them this… I was really surprised to find this level of quality this far from a big city.

Great place and owner is super nice. Had fish & chips and crab cake sandwich. Everything was fresh and delicious. Living near Annapolis, we rarely eat seafood this far from east coast.

It’s great to have another good restaurant in Deep Creek Lake! My sons and I visited for lunch recently. Since we also own a restaurant in the area (Black Bear Tavern) we are quite particular about all things – service, cleanliness, quality of food, etc. Deep Creek Seafood hit ALL the marks for us! The owner (Nate) was our server – a very personable and attentive guy (I wish we could hire him at BBT!) We will certainly return to Deep Creek Seafood.

Yummy new seafood place up the hill from the movie theaters on art 219 in Garrett County. Chef is an alum of Oceanaire, and it shows! Full bar, outside dining. We will be back!

We went in on a Thursday night and there were two other tables there and what seems like only one gentleman working the front of the house. He was very friendly but you could tell was very busy as it took five or 10 minutes for him to even come over for our drink order.
We ordered the calamari as an appetizer and it was delicious, much different than any I’ve ever had before with a sweet Thai sauce and vegetables underneath! Very good. We also had the shrimp ‘po boy and the fried fish sandwich which were also very solid sandwiches.
Overall the restaurant was clean the décor was fun and the service was friendly. We would definitely go back!

Showed up with the family. Great food. The kids loved the Mussels and the Calamari. Ordered the Fresh Walleye it was great. The view is a plus. Great experience.

We were surprised and delighted at their take on calamari– sweet and spicy Thai sauce, served on sautéed vegetables. We both (accidentally) ordered the blue cheese butter topped mahi mahi, blackened and served on a bed of carmelized onions. The staff reflected the enthusiasm of management, new to this building since the end of the summer. We even met the chef! We’ll be back.

This place opened in September of 2015.
Good food. Good service.
We were a party of 4.
We had:
Caesar Salad with Grilled Shrimp.
Fish and Chips
Clam Chowder
Shrimp Po-​Boy
Thai Chili Calamari with Asian Slaw.
Portion size was quite acceptable.
Total bill was $ 70
I will go there again. I will recommend this place to friends.
