Thanks for the reviews and yes if you come in 30 minutes late you got it right I might not answer the door or my phone. What ever happened to a courtesy call to let some one know. Scheduling an appointment and not keeping in contact with an update is poor consumership

Horrible customer service skills the guy demo is so rude and very Un professional I came in to get set an appointment for a tattoo he had some kind of huge lizard roaming the shop he told me come back the next day to get the tattoo so I arrive on time and he says come bk in an hour he had to do something so I do and the shop was closed I tried calling and he did not answer for me I text and left numerous messages I waited for about 20 minutes he never showed up he totally flaked very unprofessional person! It’s okay I ended up going to ink addicts in hiltop mall they are really good, nice and professional ppl.

Got a tattoo from them and it was nice… then it started fading within only within a month. Went back for a touch up and the guy asks what’s wrong with it –_​_​– and on top of that gives attitude. But that’s not the first time they gave me attitude when i walked in and asked for a tattoo. Never going back here, tatts may be nice but i’ve seen better and they are RUDE

I called in about 2days prior to see when I could come in I was told Saturday was coo look forward to seeing you yadda yadda got there Saturday shop was closed ha hella funny but at the same time hella unprofessional it’s good tho I ended up goin to a bomb lil spot in Albany called Monsters Ink

All my tatts are done by Demo he is cheap and makes sure yu have the best experience he has done all my tatts free hand i showed him and gave ideas and made my tatts come out nice. But the sucky part is yu gotta be patient he takes breaks and takes a while to get ready to tattoo yu over all he is one of the best in oakland and gets yur tatt done.
