Just had my first craniosacral session with Jonas. I’ve had many different types of energy/​body work done in the past, and was really pleased with my experience today. Jonas has such a warm presence, and really made me feel comfortable. With his guidance, I was able to feel just how out of tune I’ve become with my body, and he helped me gain a greater awareness of myself both physically, and energetically. I can’t wait to delve deeper, and am already looking forward to my next session!

I have seen Jonas 4 times for Cranio Sacral therapy and have benefited each time. He is able to hold a space and guide me to listen to my own body and see how my emotions manifest physically. He is sensitive and insightful and I would recommend his services to anyone interested in healing and evolving themselves.

After 4+ years of ongoing visits to chiropractors, acupuncturists, yoga classes and physical therapists to try to cure my chronic lower back pain, I found Jonas. I can’t completely explain HOW he helped me but can absolutely say without reservation that after just two treatments with him, I felt better than I had in years (since before giving birth to my second child, which is when my trouble began). And over one year later, I am still virtually pain free. I believe that Jonas has absolutely found his calling in the work he does. I have referred several friends who have also been happy with the results, and I will continue to recommend him.

Jonas has a way of healing that is comfortable and refreshing. When I go see him I’m usually quite tense and stressed but after a session I feel a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Honestly I was pretty reluctant initially since I hadn’t heard much about this type of work, but I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed it so much. I find Jonas’s craniosacral energy work to be extremely helpful for my overall mental as well as physical health :)
