We hired Sasha to help us open up the kitchen and master bedroom ceiling and take advantage of space in our house. His design of the framing allowed us to do it at minimal expense, his inventive approach and attention to detail made this painful process easy. He is easy to work with and knows his stuff. HIghly recommend him!

Earlier this year I bought a building in Oakland that had some significant structural issues and needed retro-​fitting to make it seismically safe as well as meet building code. Mr. Itsekson was able to accurately identify the issues and implement a viable plan for upgrading the building. His expertise ended up saving me thousands of dollars and gave me confidence in providing a structurally sound building to my tenants.
