Essence of Diva

If I could give this negative stars I would, this lady quita is a scam artist & does terrible ass work. First of all I don’t go to this neighborhood but a friend recommended me since I was trying to get Kim K french braids. I sent this lady multiple pictures before hand & she said she could do it. Mind you I provided hair, washed, conditioned & blow dried my own hair myself. I arrive ON TIME to my appointment and nobody is there. I proceed to have to track her ass down & she says that the bum ass owner didn’t pay the PG&E. Ghetto af. I explain I need my hair done and she should’ve contacted me the day before. She comes 1 hour late with an attitude & only does 2 braids before she takes me on a hoodrat mission she had to run, she smokes cigarettes the whole time. We arrive at the shop, the older «barber» there tries to flirt with me & they are talking very unprofessional about how they used to do illegal shit. Red flags all around. Long story short, this female proceeds to cheat me out my money for a style I didn’t agree to & some sloppy ass work. I wanted my money back & had to argue with her ass to get half of it back. Now they guy was supposed to give me the other half but he had been dodging me for a week. Will never step foot in this bullshit, ghetto ass place or take recommendations in the damn hood.

I been going to this shop for a month now and I really like it. The décor is so cute, its a mix between sassy diva and fierce queen. All the ladies who work in the shop are very pleasant and their clients are good company also.
My hairstylist is LaQueta and she’s being doing my hair for years, and she has the akills to get the job done. I can take her a picture of any hairstyle and she delivers.
