Fire Damage Recovery

First and foremost Thanks to Jon and the wonderful Emergency staff that came out and restored my life and house. I woke up to a burning smell and noticed smoke coming from the hallway. The Next thing I know im sitting across the street as the fire dept shot gallons of water into my house. Many restoration companies came up to me and honestly i had no idea what to do or who to go with. Jon was the only one who advise me do my research before I made my pick. Fire Damage was my obvious pick but let me tell you why. They not only saved me from making the wrong choice but they educated me on the process and warned me about the problems to come from the insurance company. They dealt with my insurance one on one and my life and home are restored thanks you guys. And a big special thanks to Jon and Jose the project manager you guys ROCK…

We own a property in San Mateo and the office manager walked in Monday to a ½ inch of water — flooding the whole floor! A pipe in the bathroom had broken and water ran all weekend.
We found Christian and his team was out within the hour. They removed the water so they could work and then came back at the end of the day and set up equipment, which we turned it off during the day and the office dried in four days. So impressed with how quickly they responded and the care they took with the freaked out office staff.

Maria Neumann is the owner of the company and just about one of the best customer service oriented people you will ever meet. Obviously when flooding occurs in your home or office you need prompt and efficient service but what is just as important is someone who can handle the emotional aspect. Its really scary and disruptive when your stuff gets wrecked by water (or anything else) and you need get frantic and need to vent at someone… Maria and her staff know how to handle any situation. I rely on Commercial Mitigation Specialists for my water damage needs. Our SF office was damaged by a burst pipe and lots of our belongings, client documents and offices were compromised. I felt as though we were in the best possible hands with this company. I highly recommend them.

I had some flooding in my bakery, I found commercial mitigation specialist and I gave them a call. I was frantic and the dispatch was able to calm me down and let me know that they would have their techs come out and handle everything. The technicians came out, I showed them where the damage was they brought all their equipment in and got to work. Within a few hours they started to dry my business. They left equipment overnight so it can further dry. They saved my walls and floors. They did everything necessary to dry my building efficiently and properly. They are very professional from start to finish. They let you know everything that needs to be done. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a water damage emergency in their home or business and they’re dealing with my insurance company direct. Five stars really isn’t enough.

Our business flooded yesterday for the fourth time in 2 years, so we’re pretty experienced in the post-​flood cleanup process. Usually, it’s a pretty miserable ordeal, and the people assisting us have been clearly interested in charging us as much as possible while doing as little as possible. Joshua H. at Commercial Mitigation Specialists was as opposite from that experience as we could have imagined. He helped us, taught us, and actually seemed to care about helping us get up and running again as quickly as possible, and for a very reasonable fee. I hope to never flood again, but if we do I will call Joshua H. immediately. I won’t even feel like crying.

Commerical Mitigation Specialists number need to be in your phone, especially during the rainy season. Getting a call late at night that my ceiling was leaking at my business was not the best phone call to get. I was referred Maria Newmann by a client and I am so glad I called. They had everything cleaned up before we even opened. Not to mention Maria was just fabulous to talk to, completely put me at ease.
