First assessment, owner came by to meet us. In our discussion the owner stated if I need anyone at anytime that the will find someone tocome out. If the were unable to locate anyone, the owner would personally would come out. Well, that stuck in my head whatother owner yould come out and do that? Really?. I decided that this company really had a lot of core values, and they really did care. Ok hired them to come out. OMG. I did not even sign a contract with them. Ok people listen up!, My dog got really sick one night. No one to watch my my mom. Dognned to go to vet. Since we were not technically under contract I hesitated to call, but I did in desperation. The ansering service answered promply and put me thru to the owner. The owner stated he would try to find someone and call me back. Carlin, the owner, called me back and stated he was unable to find anyone,. Carlin true his word came outat 10.30pm to watch my mother. Sadly the dog was not goinv to make it, and Carlin had the task of waking up my mother. By the time I got home, around 1:30am Carlin was sitting by my mother in case he was needed. Carlin also called us the next dayto see how we were doing. Please give this company a calll, You will not regret their services
