As a grad school student taking boards it is always nice to have hard-​copy notes of study material at your disposal. Sending over my notes was a breeze and they were printed, ordered, and bound really fast! Binding was really high-​quality and the notes didnt fall apart as they normally would. Rajiv is the man, he’ll definitely take care of you! I highly recommend coming here! Helpful employees and great customer service, what else can you ask for?

My father died recently and i wanted the task of putting the obituary together… I had worked on edits with 4 grieving siblings for two weeks… Omg! After finalizing, I had 1 day to get 300 copies printed & folded.
A friend made a call, spoke to Satish who quoted me a price. I get there and am met by his sons Raj and Lucky. They were amazing. Raj especially took care of me and had my order ready in 1.5 hours. I so needed this process to go smooth… in 2 days I was burying my dad. Thank you for making it happen… with care, affordable and with attention.

Simple local business. Does what they say they’ll do. Fairly crowded on the Friday afternoon I went in. Service was friendly and prompt. Got my document notarized within 10 minutes. The last time I needed copy services, I drove to Alameda. Next time, I’ll try this place.

Nice guy but $ 5 to scan a one page document? Unbelievable. Piedmont Systems on Piedmont Ave charges 25 cents.

Wow!!! This place is a little jewel! I was in a bind and needed to get 2 pictures scanned and email them to a loved one for a funeral program. The team here were soo nice and immediately helped me. They greeted me when I walked and and immediately scanned the pics and emailed it within 5 mins! mission accomplished. I really appreciate how nice the staff were. I’ll be back for all my copy needs :-)

These guys are the BEST! Printing is high quality, they are prompt and professional and always far cheaper than Staples or Kinkos. Highly recommend!

I go to Grand Copy all the time, as I’m class coordinator for a local Buddhist group. Its a joy to work with a small business that’s as straight forward, helpful, and personal as Nass and his crew. I know that I’ll always get help when I need it and that, the price will be fair. I depend on them week after week and am never disappointed. They keep it simple and reliable.

I’ve never been so excited about a copy center before! But damn, this one totally deserves a 5-​star.
I had to make a copy a manual for a class I’m teaching, and I was going to do it myself. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a mellow guy, who said he can just do that for me, add a binder and everything, for around 6 bucks. So I handed him the original, and less than 10 minutes later, he emerged with the copy. The copy looked EXACTLY like the original to the point where I had to ask him to mark which was which. BEST 6 DOLLARS I’ve spent in a long time!
I just found out that they do video to DVD transfers there for a very reasonable price. I am totally going to go back there because I have a home video (remember those?) from the 90s that I must transfer onto a DVD. So if you’re old like me, and you got those 90’s home videos, go here. Just look for the mellow dude, and he’ll take care of everything for you. You won’t even have to lift a finger.

Thanks to the guys at Grand Copy Center for brightening my day with good customer service. Helpful, friendly, and fast – exactly what I needed. (Exactly the opposite of my experience at Piedmont Copy – see review). No one complained about my .png files, and it took less than five minutes to print them. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes with a big stack of color copies, and a smile on my face. Even my two-​year-​old commented on the people being nice here. Take note, Piedmont Copy, take note.

Fast service and very affordable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Feels very local and mom/​pop type of place. It’s not the most up-​to-​date feeling technology-​wise, but if you need something printed or copied this is your place. I would recommend going to this business.

Fast and relatively cheap. They don’t charge you to use the computer to print like other places do so you can just bring your USB and plug it in!

The staff here are always very helpful and friendly. Prices are very affordable as compared to other «mom & pop» copy shop and major chains. However, I wish they were open earlier in the am.

After a bad experience at Copymat where people seem like they have never used a printer in their life, going to Grand Copy Center and using their services was quiet refreshing. I was under a very tight deadline to print and bind 10 business proposals in time to mail them out, and the staff actually new what they were doing, were super friendly, accommodating, professional, fast, and literally saved my bum from getting fired. For the time and quality of service I received, the prices are a bargain! Definitely coming back for future business needs.
