This place is either a hit or miss. Depending on the time you go, your either going to get hot fresh chicken or you will either get nothing because they ran out. I wouldn’t go past 8 because they tend to run out of everything and wont fry no more chicken. Not bad though for a place in the hood. Employees are nice and there is always parking.

I honestly don’t like this KFC, but I had a long day at work and my dad was going over there. So I figured it’s something… and this is what I found. It’s not as bad as a hair, nail or bug but it’s still something. As you can see I’m using my own spoon because there wasn’t one in my bag or any ketchup or napkins. I know the only reason this place is open because it’s on 98th in the hood.

We always go to this KFC location. We get great customer service and chicken is always perfect! How ever this is the second time we have ordered Cole slaw and have been disappointed! First time it was not that fresh and had a strange taste, this time its bad and we can not even eat it, even bubbling from bacteria! VERYDISAPPOINTEDANDVERYUNSAFE! Second time paying for a side dish we can not even eat! KFC check your pre made sides.

Not a bad place, I come here often and have never had any problems with my order and the customer service has always been great. Will continue to come to this location as long as it’s here.

This review is for all people of color. .Please boycott all KFC locations, their new commercials are a racist joke, so please respect yourselves and stop making that old Red Neck company rich.

Two words, Chicken little. OMG, who could have thought a piece of fried chicken with some pickled and a bun could be so good! This place is a little sketchy when it gets dark but just keep doors locked, window slightly down when you order and wallet hidden so no bum asks for a dollar ;) Monday special is what’s up. $ 3.00 for a meal that includes: 2 pieces of chicken, mash potatoes, corn and a biscuit!

there aren’t very many food places to go to near work. this is one of them. it’s a quick lunch. the service is pretty quick. there’s never really a line. i’m sure i’ll be back now and again. until next time cheers!

They keep their hot wings under the heat lamp too long. I went on two occasions and both times the chicken had been under the heat lamps too long and the chicken was like rubber. The first time I didn’t take it back, but the 2nd time I returned and demanded refund.

The worst KFC ever, even though it opens pretty late. One they either run out of food quickly, which I doubt or too damn lazy too cook more. I had two bad experiences. I came there ordering some fried chicken and two apple pies. Ended up waiting so long. Fifteen minutes or so after placing my order, the sales lady said that they ran out of pies or the machine was broken. I asked for a refund and then the manager came out and said NO they didn’t, would you just like to wait another 4 minutes? I was already annoyed and said sure. Note, there was also another order waiting for some pies, but had some already on hold for him. When the pies were done, the«damn»(sorry excuse my language) sales person gave the gentleman new batches of apple pie and took his old pies and gave it to me. I got really mad and told her off. She didn’t say much and just gave me a free a pie. I didn’t mind the free pie, but it was a poor judgment on her behalf. After all of that, the pie was bad and so cold … seemed like it was not cooked all the way. The second time was last night, was craving for some spicy fried chicken. Went to drive through and got the message«sorry we only have original and grilled chicken left.» What the hek!!! What kind of a joint is this, hiring lazy ass people!!! I know they didn’t run out of freaking fried chicken. That’s what they are known for. Never again!!!

Pretty lackluster as KFCs go. I’ve eaten chicken from here a couple of times and am always relieved when I don’t get food poisoning from it. If you can drive a little further, go to Popeye’s on Hegenberger or in San Leandro.
