Mannedge properties is not where you want to be if you plan on living a less stressful life! They don’t answer your calls, don’t return your calls, don’t respond to emails, and the list continues.
I was staying with a friend off and on in one of their units until this past September, and between September 1 and yesterday I have contacted their office SEVEN times via phone and email to have my name removed from the paperwork of a place I have not set foot near in 5 months!
Sad to say it looks as if I’m going to have to visit them with an attorney just to get this process moving. I didn’t want the situation to get here, but 5 months of being patient and seeing nooooo results is enough.
Don’t rent from them unless you like roaches, slum like property, and being ignored.
