Sessions with Margit are an integral part of my well-​being. My weekly Feldenkrais sessions deeply effect everything I do thanks to the awareness and curiosity that Margit’s talents inspire. Her hands on work is powerful and has brought me out of pain over and over again. Her gentle but clear touch skillfully teaches me new movement options that I use everywhere in my life from work to the swimming pool. Working with Margit keeps me connecting how I am in my body to who I am as a person. Each session allows me to the remember the more calm and peaceful part of myself. Margit’s gifts as a teacher and mentor have taught me more about how to live comfortably in my body than any other work I’ve done.
