I’m over the moon with having found this wonderful doctor-oncologist. I mean, it’s not easy to find someone who really listens, who answers your questions, and educates and empowers you with some really good information, information that has life-impacting implications. For someone who shys away from allopathic medicine as a form of ongoing health support, there are exceptions. Exceptions in that there are certain, exceptional health practitioners who can see the world from both sides, how medicine and technology as well as a holistic health lifestyle(diet, meditation, exercise, low-toxic environment) all need to be merged in a beautiful way. Dr. Marshall respects those worlds, and is super thoughtful in her approach. I appreciate how present and mindful she was in our session. She answered all my questions thoroughly. I did not feel rushed. She’s action-oriented and flexible. I think we are blessed to have such a fantastic oncologist in the E. Bay and Bay Area. I would also like to give my shout out to April, and the other Epic-Care staff who are exceptionally caring, kind, and friendly as well. This is not the norm in most clinics. These guys have their isht together. Many thanks, blessings and love to you all.

Dr. Marshall has been my oncologist for a little over a year. She has helped me navigate chemotherapy, radiation, chemo side effects and cancer related issues. She listens to all issues and presents solutions. I like her straight forwardness and optimism and it feels that we are part of a team, weighing options and figuring out the best care. During one particularly bad chemo session, I went to see her and she listened and wrote down a list of each problem and the solution. It helped me to organize what was going on, when/if it would subside and how to handle it. Dr. Marshall is not a hand holder but more like a great guidance counselor who knows the latest research and approaches. The staff at Epic Care varies and, like all doc offices, it’s up to you to make sure HMO approval and the like are handled. Sometimes it takes several calls to iron things out. It’s a busy office and I think that is typical.
