Great building that fits well into the 1920s/1930s architecure of downtown Oakland. It’s not too tall, so not like the shiny overbearing Clorox building across the street, but it’s just high enough that walking all the way to the roof(12 flights), is a great challenge, and there’s quite a view up Telegraph when you get htere. The location is fantastic too(although watch out for the crazy people hanging out on the corner), right at BART and opposite the city center with loads of resturants. It’s not like me to rave about a building, but there’s very little you can say wrong with this place.
