Sundeen Salinas and Pyle

The most memorable question I’ve ever been asked is, «Is there any instance in which you’d compromise your integrity?» It was asked at a job interview and I got the job, but that’s beside the point. This question has stuck with me and it helps me gauge my decisions, large and small; quick and thoughtful. I still have that job, over a decade later, and I still have my integrity.
I’m a plaintiff, and I just came to the end of a dirty trial — so dirty it has changed my understanding of a world I thought I «kind of» knew. At the end of this case, I got to shake Bob Salinas’ hand, and I am fortunate to have had that honor.
Bob is a man of integrity, and he never asked me to compromise mine, no matter what opposition threw up against the wall. Bob fights, but he doesn’t sling mud. He’ll live and breathe your case, and show you passion you’ve only read about in books. And he’s honest. I underscore this because while honesty can relate to integrity, Bob’s honesty deserves a platform of its own. Bob will tell it like it is. There’s no sugarcoating or «what ifs». He’ll tell you what he thinks, even if it hurts, because he respects you that much. And he’ll thrive on three hours of sleep — for weeks — in order to bring his best/​your best to the courtroom. And he’ll read Uncle Tom’s Cabin when he’s waiting for verdict, or lean up against a wall and be Atticus to your Scout. It’s who he is — no characters or roles. It’s just who he is. That’s integrity.
If you have integrity; if you’ve been wronged; if you want someone who will respect you and who you will respect in the end, then Bob is someone you should meet. I have no doubt shaking his hand in the end will mean as much to you as it meant to me.

Received no help in the end, was told I needed more to my case for them to take it on. I provided the lady with docuements but she wanted a statement from the perpetrator adminitting fault which she would never get because people lie all the time and it is up to the lawyer to make a case against the accused person. Basically, what was stated was the lady wanted a easy case and true lawyers do not work with easy cases where a case is handed to them easily. Because it was not handed to her, she would not take my case. Then would not contact me to tell me. I had to contact her. When I asked for a second opinion, was told that I could not receive it since everyone there worked as a team. Very dissappointed.

I can’t say enough great things about Sundeen, Salinas and Pyle and its attorneys, Hunter Pyle in particular. Hunter represented a close relative of mine through an extremely lengthy, difficult and contentious lawsuit, including about three weeks of trial.
Hunter Pyle a remarkably gifted attorney with a talent for presenting his side of the case in a compelling and earnest manner, and is wholly and sincerely devoted to ensuring that his clients understand and are comfortable with his legal strategy. In court, he presents evidence and arguments in a clear and convincing way, and manages to do so without the bravado and grandstanding many of us associate with trial lawyers. Indeed, in his demeanor and approach Hunter brings to mind the understated confidence of Gregory Peck in «To Kill a Mockingbird.» He’s that good.
In addition, in my experience Hunter and his colleagues are committed to ensuring their clients are fairly and adequately compensated, even to the extent that doing so impacts their own compensation. While many attorneys may secure their own payment first, then worry about their clients, the opposite was true in our case: Hunter actually secured a very favorable compensation agreement for us first, then set about negotiating his own payment.
In short, Hunter is simply one of the most intelligent, professional and thoughtful individuals with whom I’ve ever had the pleasure to work. He is immensely honest, talented and well-​qualified, and a genuinely nice and caring person to boot.
Although lawsuits are inherently stressful and unpleasant, I can honestly say that working with Hunter and his colleagues stands out in my mind as a fundamentally positive experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate for even a second to recommend him.

Is it possible to be in love with a bunch of lawyers? I ask myself this often when I think of the lawyers at this firm. And then I think, well, I think I AM in love with a bunch of lawyers. These people are tops. They are genuinely GOOD people. I know, it’s weird to think of lawyers as GOOD people. But these guys are awesome. If you need representation, and you are lucky enough to have people from here represent you, well, then you’ll know what I’m talking about when i say these people are TOPS! It is note worthy to add that these lawyers prompted my friend and I to bake them cookies… which, does not happen very often.
