First off, Daniel and Camille are wonderful …
They both were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful throughout the entire leasing process — which itself was seamless.
Daniel, as the community director, has been super responsive and attentive as we worked through all the nits of taking residence in a brand new development.
Great apartments, amazing location, and a wonderful management staff…
I am so happy and proud to call Mason at Hive home.

I’ve been living here in the 2 bedroom apartment for about a month now, and I’m really happy with the place. It’s a great location, and the apartment manager (Daniel) is organized, professional, and punctual. The units are brand new, and modern looking. The location is great because it’s close to bart, and close to pretty much everything else that I need. The YMCA is across the street, and there is a fantastic bakery (Firebrand Bakery) that just opened up around the corner. There’s also a Korean market and a theater on the same block.
I moved here after living in San Francisco for 5 years. It’s so nice to finally have some more space, and a more modern apartment!

We just moved in and everything is great so far. The building is brand new, management is super responsive, and the location is fantastic. I had a couple small issues (as you would expect in a newly built facility) and within 24 hours of submitting a maintenance request, everything was taken care of. Also, trash is picked up on a nightly basis so you don’t have to worry about it. Definitely recommend this place!
